Our family had the most incredible stay. The view is even more breathtaking in person — an endless panorama of ocean, jungle, and unforgettable sunsets. As a mom traveling with three young children, I was especially grateful for how safe and comfortable the property felt. The pool quickly became the heart of our trip, and the daily sunset swim parties were made even better with the home's Bluetooth speaker system. The house is beautifully designed, impeccably maintained, and perfectly set up for both relaxation and family time. What truly set this experience apart was the host. They went above and beyond, helping us arrange UTV rentals, activity reservations, local recommendations, and even a private chef that made our trip seamless. The daily housekeeping was another luxury I greatly appreciated. We left with wonderful memories and can't wait to return!

This place is amazing, walkable distance to the main town and beach! Great views of ocean / sunset and relaxing environment! I would recommend, during rainy season, to visit with SUV or 4x4, as reaching the house could become difficult

Absolutely stunning. Huge outdoor deck plus pool with unobstructed views of the ocean. The pool was also the perfect temperature. AC was top notch which was huge. I loved the indoor but outdoor vibes in the bathrooms. Barto was incredible. He secured transport to and from the airport, helped us rent an ATV and when the WiFi was out came right away. An ATV is needed - you can walk up the hill but in the dark it would be rough. My only qualm was not being able to check out late and stay longer! ;)

Would 100% recommend this place. Staff was VERY responsive and sent cleaners everyday. Only bad part was the name of the house isn’t on the listing and there are several houses nearby so it was difficult to get to the front door at first and one of the bathrooms had a bad smell to it for our whole 6 night stay. We just used the one.

Our stay at Amos home in Santa Teresa was remarkable from the beginning to ending. My communication with our host Barto was exceptional. From the time we arrived from our flight in Santa Teresa Barto messaged me to make sure our taxi driver was there. Barto also arranged for our ATV's to be delivered at the same arrival time of us arriving to the property. Impressive! Our rental ATV's were immaculate like brand new. I would definitely recommend getting an ATV. They're great 4 driving to the property & hidden beaches along the coast. The best part of our stay of course was this amazing perfectly position home overlooking the town of Santa Teresa & the Pacific Ocean. Marvelous View. If you're able to book this home in advance, I definitely recommend don't hesitate. The main strip of the town with the best bars are located within minutes of this property. We truly enjoyed every aspect this beautiful home provided us with every day during our stay. Thank you again!

This is a beautiful place for a nice private stay at Santa Teresa. It is located high up in the hills so getting there can be a challenge but doable with a 4x4. You can technically walk to town but again, the roads are steep and windy, so a car is a must. The entrance into the AirBnB has stairs so a big luggage can be hard. Other than that, a very nice place! Great views and pool is nice too. They offer daily cleaning service which is great. The kitchen comes stocked with utensils, pots, pans etc.

We had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated how attentive and responsive the hosts were throughout our visit. They were incredibly helpful and made the entire experience smooth and welcoming. The space was comfortable and well-located. Definitely need an ATV to get up the hill. Would recommend. Thanks!
