Excelente place to stay for 12 people, I booked the house for my whole family and everyone felt in love with the house as soon as they walked in. All 4 rooms have ac, just the bottom one does not but it was not too hot so weather was comfortable. Area is safe, we walked at 11pm to the tacos and came back and everything looked safe.

We had a great stay at Claudia’s home. It’s mentioned in the reviews so we knew what we were getting ourselves into but there is a bar/club that shares a wall with this home and they played live music on a Sunday night until 2 or 3am. The noise wasn’t terrible inside the home but if you’re sensitive to noise you have been warned. There’s also no AC downstairs, which was a bit of a concern when we first arrived but once we got all the mini splits running in the rooms, the bottom floor managed to cool off significantly. Overall we had a pleasant and would stay in Claudia’s home again!

The house requires urgent maintenance. Bathroom fixtures need to be replaced. The mini-splits need maintenance. One room has no air conditioning, and the other has a leak in the mini-split that drips right at face level. Bathrooms, doors are worn out and have no handles. Some showers have too much water pressure, another had no water, and another shower only had boiling water. The accessories are 60 years old. The house is stately, but everything is old. The garden in front requires urgent maintenance; the fountain does not work. It is a nice stately property but with many shortcomings for what you pay.

The space was very nice and clean. It was as promised. The host's service is very good, and her flexibility with the schedule was a plus. I would definitely stay here every time I go to Guadalajara!!!

It’s a beautiful house, great location and the pictures equal the greatness of the house. No doubt i will stay there if i visit the city again.

We had a couple of issues with the cleanliness upon arrival, but as soon as I texted her, she sent her assistant over 15 minutes later, and he fixed everything again, leaving it in spectacular condition. The house is beautiful! However, it does need general maintenance, as it looks worn out. Thank you

Claudia was a great host. She communicated very fast. We were 12 guest a mixture of adults and kids and the house was perfect! Alot of space for everyone to be comfortable. House does need some updating here and there but other than that house is great. The location is close to alot of food places, easy to find and loved the privacy. Thank you claudia for having us.
