Located in Playa Coronado, just 40 minutes from the city. Villa Roma has a private pool and large gardens, ideal for going with the whole family or a group of friends. The beach is just a 5 minute walk away. OFFER. You can stay an extra night for $50 (not applicable on holidays) The space The property has 5 fully equipped rooms with sheets, televisions and air conditioning and free WIFI service. It also has a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender, blender and basic implements). We also have a laundry area. You can do several activities inside the property as we have a volleyball court and large green spaces to hold celebrations or just relax! It also has a bohío near the pool where you can have a good barbecue Guest access Guests have access to all areas within the property Other things to note * VILLA instructions * Kitchen: the house has all the utensils, plates, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans, coffee maker and blender, dish soap and sponge, you just need to bring your food and charcoal for the barbecue! 🍽️ Bedrooms: The beds already have sheets, pillows and bedspreads. 🛏️Toiletries: We do not have body soap and towels!🧼🧖🏼♀️ REMEMBER! - We are Pet Friendly🐶 but we ask for your cooperation regarding the cleaning of your pet's needs! 🧹 - Music volume must be moderate🎶⬇️ (Coronado resident society imposes fines) - Fireworks are not allowed 💥⛔️(Coronado's resident society imposes fines) - You can leave the trash in the metal basket located at the gate at the entrance of the house 🏠At the end of your stay, please let us know your experience! Mayra's reception is very good, she responds quickly and is attentive to needs. The house is very comfortable and has the necessary adjustments. It's very close to the beach and you can enjoy it a lot.

The house is spacious, super complete kitchen with everything you need to cater to a large family. The neighborhood is quiet. Mayra was very attentive and helpful during our stay

Mayra was very responsive. Place is as advertised. A few things were reported to be fixed, mostly for next visitors, but nothing that impacted our time there. There is a beach access nearby, but I recommend to go to Playa Serena instead (8mins drive); as I traveled with elders and is a long path to walk.

Very spacious place close to the beach great for large groups or families. Mayra's house is exactly the same as the photos and she is very kind to respond quickly. Observation : It is not a place for celebrations or loud music as it is very quiet and the houses of the neighbors are glued to the sides otherwise ok if you go quietly; We pass it excellent.
