A very nice apartment and a quiet place. We just didn't have internet access due to issues with the provider that weren't resolved. Everything else is fine.

An excellent place to rest and spend wonderful days with family. Mauricio was extremely attentive and helpful. He responded to all our concerns and requests quickly and effectively. It has an excellent location in the condominium; it's right in the middle. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and more. My family and I were delighted. We extended our stay beyond the scheduled date, and we will definitely be back soon!

Even though we had already made another reservation with Julio for Apartment 505, Tower 2, and we were never able to check in, not even Airbnb customer service responded, and even though they knew we were traveling with a baby, it was impossible to check in. Thank God, we were able to make another reservation with Mauricio, who, from the From the first contact, he tried to help us with everything; he was very friendly, proactive, and efficient. The place is spectacular; the apartment's location offers one of the best views, and it's very central to everything. Check-in was quick, despite the poor experience and time wasted with the host of Tower 2, Apartment 505. I definitely recommend it 100%. Of course we'll be back. Thanks for your attention!!!

Playa Escondida is a very nice place that is worth visiting. We really enjoyed the beach and the pool. We were able to go to the beach a little earlier while we waited for the check-in time for the apartment, which I think is great because you can make the most of your day. Overall, the apartment is comfortable and has a very nice view, but it needs urgent maintenance. The door to one of the bedrooms is a sliding door, and it was sagging; it didn't slide along the rail, so closing and opening it took two people (I reported this, but it wasn't fixed). The stove seems to be a bit clogged because the flame on the burners was very low, and it took a long time to cook. The closet in the main bedroom was locked, so I had to leave my suitcase on the floor. I was told that it is used for the apartment's belongings; however, we found dirty blankets in the closet in the other bedroom, so I wasn't convinced by that answer. I appreciate that Mauricio responded to me kindly.
