The Space

This luxury 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo spans 1,800 square feet (140 square meters) and is situated within a gated community just steps from the beach. The unit features custom furniture, high-speed internet, a reverse osmosis water system, and a washer/dryer, making it ideal for families and groups of friends.

The condo is part of AWA, a prestigious complex located in Playacar, Playa del Carmen’s safest and most upscale gated neighborhood. The community is centered around a golf course and is known for its walkable sidewalks, lush greenery, and close proximity to 5th Avenue and Playacar Beach.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

• Bedroom 1: Queen bed, TV, bathroom nearby
• Bedroom 2: King bed, pull-out twin bed, loft twin bed suitable for a child or adolescent (supports up to 75 kg / 165 lbs), ensuite bathroom
• Bedroom 3: King bed, pull-out twin bed, TV, ensuite bathroom

All bathrooms are fully stocked with hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and include a hairdryer.

Kitchen and Dining

The kitchen includes three island bar seats and an extendable dining table that accommodates 4 to 8 people. There is also an outdoor dining table with seating for 5.

Guest Access

The condo is located within the private, secure Playacar neighborhood, which has controlled entry allowing access only to registered guests and property owners. Upon arrival at AWA Residences, guests register at the lobby. Entry to the unit is provided via a key stored in a lockbox.

Additional Information

• This is a pet-free and smoke/vape-free property.
• Renters must be at least 22 years old and present for the duration of the stay.
• The condo is equipped with a reverse osmosis water filter, ensuring safe drinking and cooking water.
• Electricity usage up to 30 kWh per day is included. Please turn off air conditioning and lights when rooms are not in use to avoid extra charges.
