Reglas de la casa
- No se permiten huéspedes no registrados. En casos especiales, se podrán permitir huéspedes previamente aprobados por un cargo adicional de 100,000 COP por persona.
- No se permiten eventos ni fiestas. Nuestro objetivo es mantener un ambiente tranquilo y respetuoso para todos.
- Los fuegos artificiales están estrictamente prohibidos por razones de seguridad y por respeto al vecindario.
- No se permite la música a alto volumen, especialmente en las áreas exteriores. Mantengan el volumen a un nivel moderado en todo momento.
- Traten la propiedad como si fuera suya. Se podrá aplicar un cargo adicional de limpieza si el desorden excesivo requiere una limpieza adicional.

The place has to get renovated badly and also be painted the whole villa. Place is huge but nothing is kept up to date , when I arrived I was greeted by 2 people who recorded me without my consent to later use it saying I enjoyed a free meal they made after i was tricked this place is far from everything it is hard to get cabs and of You let hime the man that lives in the property get you one he will over charge you he made them charge my mom 40,000 to go 12 minutes away and when thy booked there own paid 12,000. Also if you buy any food the lady they make come everyday to “clean” will not let you do it just so you can pay her even after not requesting it to the owners. If you want to book this place ask for a video of everything before booking it they also have an extreme ant, fly and frog problem.

The house really is as pretty as the pictures make it look. Our group had a blast in the pool! Definitely worth a stay here.

This was a great seamless experience. The in house crew was helpful and extremely friendly. Will definitely consider on coming back for a future trip. It was a great experience and we had lots of fun and were able to relax.

Casa Arroyito was beautiful and peacful. Sara was extremely helpful, proactive, and flexible. Having her on chat also made things easy. The kitchen and the tools are one of the cleanest and well-supplied that I've seen. It would have been helpful if the rooms could have more beds. Indoor meeting place with AC helps with the heat and bugs. Would highly recommend for groups visiting Cartagena

* Magical Stay in Colombia* From the moment we arrived, this stunning property believe it or not, it looks even better in person than in the photos, which is hard to imagine. Every detail of the home and grounds was picture-perfect, creating the most peaceful and luxurious experience for my family. Sarah was an exceptional host, with excellent communication and lightning-fast responses to every question. Special thanks to Ms. Sol, who was incredibly warm and attentive her homemade Colombian arepas and *paella de carne* were absolutely unforgettable! Mr. Jaime was incredibly knowledgeable, and resourceful. He assisted us with everything we needed. His support truly enhanced our stay. Sarah also connected us with local spa, and we were treated to the most relaxing facials and massages right on site which added touch of luxury & comfort. My family and I felt so welcomed and cared for, this stay was perfect. I’d absolutely return to the property. Thank you for a great stay!!!

We love the home, especially the pool. My child enjoyed the pool from early in the morning till late at night. It is a big pool, so all of our family enjoyed it. If you're looking for a peaceful place to relax, this is the perfect spot. The House is 40 minutes away from Getsemani and other tourist places. Sol and Jaime are great people and very helpful.
