The Space
This newly remodeled apartment offers a comfortable, quiet, and safe environment. It includes essential amenities to ensure a relaxing vacation, such as air conditioning. The location is very central, with restaurants, a store, and three supermarkets just two minutes away. Bus stops are also conveniently nearby.
The apartment is situated next to another unit known as Apartment #1 in the Manuel Antonio Beaches area.
Location
- 10 minutes by bus to the entrance of Manuel Antonio National Park and Espadilla Beach
- 15 minutes by bus to Quepos and the marina
Guest Access
Guests have access to a small ranch area equipped for barbecues or cooking meals over wood fire. Assistance with cooking or barbecue preparation is available upon request.

Absolutely perfect location in Manuel Antonio! I had a great stay. For sports lovers, the gym is right across the street, which is a huge plus. In terms of convenience and food, everything is in the immediate vicinity: restaurants, the "Soda" supermarket, the main supermarket. In addition, the bus stop is a stone's throw away, which makes getting around ultra-easy and fast without the need for a car. I recommend it without hesitating!

The accommodation is simple and practical, conveniently located at the entrance to Manuel Antonio, with lots of very useful amenities for making food, and everything was very clean. No complaints whatsoever, it was absolutely worth it, Tuti is responsive and super friendly, thank you!

This was an awesome place. It was simple but it had everything I needed as a solo traveler. Tuti was super friendly and I felt right at home immediately. If I come back to Manuel Antonio/Quepos alone this is the spot I’ll come back to.

Tuti’s place is spotless clean. The entire unit has been maintained and you feel comfortable at night laying your head down. Minimalist, but you have everything you could need. The A/C unit in the bedroom was a lifesaver since we had beautiful hot weather everyday we were there. Location is walking distance to tons of restaurants. This was the perfect place for my son and I.

We had a great stay for two nights in Tuti's guesthouse. she was super helpful and helped us with any problems. the accommodation is beside a great soda and bar so you barely have to walk anywhere. highly recommend!

We stayed for 4 nights! It was wonderfully beautiful, great location, and super clean. Tuti is a very caring host and helped us out a lot. For us, this was by far the best place to stay in all of Costa Rica ☺️ We would come back any time.
