The house is beautiful, the host was attentive, and Patricia, who took care of the cleaning and cooking, was exceptional. Their food and service were the best of our stay. However, our experience was disappointing because the listing is misleading. The amenities include “air conditioning,” which suggests that the rooms have this amenity. Actually, only 1 of the 4 bedrooms has AC. Honda is one of the hottest cities in Colombia, and this greatly affected our stay. We were traveling as 4 families with 4 children under 3 years old, and we hardly slept during the 3 nights due to the heat, even with an additional fan provided by the host. Although the description mentions that only one room has A/C, the property shouldn't be advertised with A/C in the amenities, as it's misleading. If we had known, we would have chosen another property.

Everything was fine. Vivi was very friendly and always willing to answer any questions. Marta, the lady recommended to help in the kitchen, was excellent and made our experience better. As for the pool, the housekeeper mentioned that the lights didn't work, and we saw that it had jets, but we didn't know how to use them. The waterfall did work. She mentioned something about the projector that wasn't working, but we finally understood that it was the sound, because it does project images. You have to use another device for sound. The pool man did not come to do pool maintenance, and it always gets dirty from the leaves from the bushes. A nice and quiet place. Thank you.

The house is lovely. It is very well equipped and everything is in perfect condition. The housekeeper's service is valuable and she is a very friendly person. The pool is a delight... The sun is delicious, but you can also escape the sun in the shade area. Everything there is accompanied by nature: the view of the mountain is relaxing; you can enjoy the birds a lot. It really was a wonderful experience. The house has different atmospheres, so you can enjoy it in different spaces. The location is very good and we always felt safe. Although we never turned on the TV or the projector in the house, we think they are useful. Finally, Vivi was super attentive the whole time! And we had a fantastic few days!!!

The house is spacious, has very good ventilation and is very well decorated. The rooms are very cool and isolate the noise from the social area, which is perfect. Everything is within a few meters' walk and it is in a safe area. Vivían is a very attentive person, available to help at all times and the information is clear. It's a place I would definitely come back to with my family.
