Apartamento tipo estudio en Ananda Guesthouse
Nuestro apartamento tipo estudio es la más reciente incorporación en Ananda Guesthouse y es nuestro espacio para huéspedes más hermoso. Con 85 m2 de espacio privado e impresionantes vistas al Volcán Concepción y al Lago Nicaragua, el diseño de planta abierta incluye:
- Zona de dormitorio con cama king size y mesas de noche
- Cocina completa con horno
- Área de comedor para cuatro personas
- Sala con sofá en forma de L
- Porche delantero con hamaca
El baño privado es espectacular, con más de 20 m2 que incluyen ducha interior y exterior.
Descripción del espacio
Este apartamento tipo estudio fue terminado en septiembre de 2022 y ofrece una experiencia moderna, limpia y sumamente cómoda. Disfrute de vistas increíbles del volcán activo y del Lago Nicaragua desde su porche, cama king y áreas de estar, que incluyen un sofá en forma de L hecho a medida que también puede funcionar como sofá cama.
La sala conduce al comedor y a la cocina completa. El baño es enorme e incluye ducha interior y una ducha exterior en el jardín. Se recomienda ducharse bajo las estrellas.
El espacio no cuenta con aire acondicionado, pero se mantiene fresco gracias a la ventilación cruzada y al uso de ventiladores de techo y de pie. Además, Ometepe generalmente tiene temperaturas más frescas que el continente.

Información adicional
En la propiedad tenemos una gata llamada Ninja y dos perros medianos/grandes, Alpha y Osa. Son parte integral de nuestra familia y muy cariñosos, además de brindar seguridad durante la noche. Pueden ladrar a extraños, pero no muerden.
Para llegar a nosotros, estamos ubicados a 650 metros por un camino de tierra rústico y muy rocoso que conduce al Totoco Eco-lodge. La mayoría de los vehículos pueden acceder durante todo el año, pero se recomienda 4x4 o vehículos con mayor despeje. Los ATV también son una excelente opción para llegar.
¿Es Ometepe el lugar adecuado para usted?
Si ama la naturaleza y todo lo natural, ¡le encantará Ometepe! La isla alberga una gran variedad de flora y fauna, con cascadas, playas de arena negra y blanca, increíbles senderos naturales, petroglifos antiguos, humedales escénicos y una piscina natural volcánica.
Sin embargo, si tiene fobia a las arañas, insectos y otros pequeños animales, quizás Ometepe no sea el lugar ideal para usted. Aunque nuestras acomodaciones son modernas y cómodas, la isla es rústica y, como indica su estatus de biosfera, posee una enorme biodiversidad que se traduce en una gran variedad de insectos.

An absolute hidden piece of paradise, guesthouse was amazing, the view to wake up was stunning! Great spacious bathroom, with outdoor shower, big kitchen and living area. Location on the island is good, and very peaceful with view on one or the Volcano’s. Staff was super friendly and helpful, also prepared a great breakfast. I’d definitely recommend!

Beautiful view of the volcano, the way up is hard, would not recommend a little car, jeep will do the job, forget about walking. Norber was very attentive and helpful. if you bring a car into the island, make sure you book the ferry withing months...

We had a wonderful time The space is beautiful, large, clean and private. Because the road there was a bit difficult with transport, we did it several times on foot which was fine to do! We rented a scooter somewhere else and could park it at the host's place again at night. Then it was another 10 min walk up/down. We took breakfast every morning (which we unfortunately had to pay separately, for the price it would be nice if it was included) which was very well taken care of, our favorite breakfast in Nicaragua! There are home delivery options, which is very nice if you want to fully enjoy your stay. The accommodation has the menus ready, very well arranged! Communication went very well, extremely friendly helpful and fast. Highly recommended if you want to enjoy the peace, the space and the view!

Roslyn & Jonathan have created a super special place for guests to enjoy their stay in Ometepe. Truly one of the best AirBnb stays we’ve ever had. The lodging has so thoughtfully been curated with every amenity & small touch considered. Space is clean up & down, bed is comfy, seating areas to lounge, outdoor shower is next-level cool, patio with outstanding views & serene vibes. The staff were all lovely, kind & considerate. Our daily breakfasts were delicious & featured local items. The property cat & dogs were a highlight as well, Alfa really likes to try to get some leftovers lol. Def recommend an ATV to access the property and comes in handy to tour other more remote parts of the island as well. There are a few restaurants down the hill that we enjoyed each evening. In a nutshell, this place won’t disappoint!

A quick couple nights before my vacation ended and it was perfect. Directions were great since it’s off the main road and upon arrival did not disappoint. Amazing views with awesome landscape. This 1 bedroom is very spacious and comfortable. Very recommended for a relaxing chill place to stay in style with that upper class feel. Only thing to know is there’s no A/C, but it’s okay since the winds are strong each day/night and there’s a couple fans before the morning gets in the upper 70’s.
