The major pluses of this unit were its location. It’s got direct access to the beach, and the walk to food and entertainment is mere minutes. There was plenty of clean drinking water provided, which was a nice touch. Some of the doors and appliances were well loved, but apart from that, no issues. Really beautiful terrace.

The apartment is very spacious with three rooms with their own washroom and two beautiful balconies facing the beach. The view of the ocean was simply fabulous!! The path to the beach was very convenient as well as the access to the pool. Carl and the staff working at the condo were very responsive, kind and helpful. Having constant access to drinking water was a great plus. The condo has a lot of character, it is not new but that is part of the charm. The only downfall was construction in front of the building starting early in the morning, which could be heard in the two rooms facing the street but not in the one on the ocean side. The location is great! it is close to numerous restaurants and cafes in the beautiful neighborhood of zona romantica, it is right on one of the most famous beaches (Playa Los Muertos) and it is also walking distant from the Malecón. Overall, highly recommended!

Carl’s place was beautiful, on the beach, near multiple restaurants. The bedroom beds were so cozy. Will definitely reserve this Airbnb again.

Best place and time ever. Carls place is amazing. Spacious, clean, has everything you need....home away from home. Breathtaking views from balcony. Waking up to the sound of ocean waves was awesome! So much to see walking distance. Step out to the beach, so convenient. Great restaurants, shopping as soon as you walk out the condo. Carl and other staff very friendly and attentive. Provided water the whole time we were there. Plenty of towels, beach towels. We definitely highly recommend Carls beautiful place. Loved it! Will definitely return soon. Thank you so much Carl!

Great location, and very spacious condo. Very walkable to all the bars and restaurants around as well as quick beach access. Overall would definitely come back.

Ok this is completely wrong of you posting pictures of the pool when it was brand new. Like 15 years ago. The pool looks nothing like what is posted. The pool is run down and embarrassing, I would piss how you try to pass this off on site, the patio was run down it looks nothing like the picture . umbrellas had bird crap on all of them and on the sear cushion. So that being said the condo was very nice. But it had nothing to cook with like oil or seasoning we had a private chef cook and we literally had to buy everything like it was a new home. At least supply basics. We help out and left it there so maybe you can get a kick start. Yes there’s a maid but there was zero cleaning supplies. And put a broom in the condo so I can sweep the sand and I don’t have to wait for the next day for the maid to come. Supply the basic.

Carl has the most enjoyably authentic place with lots of amenities and close to everything! We had a wonderful time and he was an excellent host. We will definitely stay again!

We LOVE Carl's place (it was our 2nd time to stay there!). It's exceptional in location, size, security, and comfort! We found the beds super comfortable, the space amazing, and the proximity to the beach perfect! We would DEFINITELY stay again! And you should stay too - it's great!

We couldn’t have been happier with our choice of location and condo. Sitting on the balcony each morning for coffee and enjoying the spectacular view was glorious. There are fantastic restaurants within a stone’s throw and the ocean is on your doorstep.
