Villa Unique combina comodidad y tranquilidad en una impresionante casa de cuatro dormitorios con vista al océano. Ubicada en Uvita, la villa está aproximadamente a cinco minutos en automóvil del pueblo y a poca distancia de la carretera costera. Se puede llegar a la propiedad por una carretera pavimentada y no es necesario contar con un vehículo de doble tracción.
Disfrute de vistas panorámicas del océano Pacífico, la Cola de la Ballena, las olas rompiendo y atardeceres inolvidables.
El espacio
Esta moderna casa de diseño arquitectónico está pensada para disfrutar de una conexión fluida entre los espacios interiores y exteriores. Las vistas al océano y el relajante sonido de las olas al romper se complementan con una piscina infinita que parece fusionarse con el horizonte.
Los huéspedes pueden relajarse junto a la piscina, preparar una parrillada al atardecer o descansar rodeados del exuberante paisaje tropical que rodea la propiedad.
En el interior, los detalles cuidadosamente seleccionados crean un ambiente tranquilo y acogedor:
- Cuatro baños y medio.
- Cada dormitorio incluye un baño privado en suite y un balcón con vista al dosel del bosque lluvioso.
- La suite principal cuenta con un amplio baño con bañera con vista al océano y ducha de vapor.
- Un jardín zen interior incorpora la naturaleza a la casa.
- Los muebles y las puertas hechos a la medida con maderas duras locales aportan calidez y carácter.
- El área de estar de concepto abierto del primer piso incluye una cocina de última generación, un elegante comedor y una cómoda sala, todos amueblados con un alto nivel de calidad.
Acceso de los huéspedes
Se puede llegar a la propiedad en un vehículo de doble o de tracción en dos ruedas, incluidos automóviles pequeños y vehículos utilitarios deportivos. No es necesario contar con un vehículo de doble tracción.
No se recomiendan las vans porque la propiedad se encuentra en la parte superior de una colina muy empinada. Las vans completamente cargadas, con varios pasajeros y equipaje, pueden tener dificultades para llegar a la casa.

Esta habitación es ideal para adultos que buscan mayor privacidad o para una familia pequeña. Incluye una cama individual plegable adecuada para un niño o un adulto adicional.
Entorno tropical
El clima tropical de Costa Rica favorece una gran variedad de insectos, lagartijas, roedores y reptiles. Aunque existe un estricto plan de control de plagas para ayudar a mantener a estos animales fuera de la casa, los encuentros ocasionales con la fauna local son una parte natural de hospedarse en este entorno y no constituyen un incumplimiento de la política de alquiler.
Mantenimiento
- El equipo de mantenimiento de la piscina accede a la propiedad en los días programados.
- El jardinero visita periódicamente la propiedad para cuidar las áreas exteriores.
- Todos los miembros del personal son profesionales de confianza.
- Se informa a los huéspedes con anticipación antes de que el personal ingrese a la propiedad.
Consideraciones importantes
Debido a que la villa se encuentra en la selva, ocasionalmente pueden ocurrir cortes de electricidad debido a la caída de ramas u otros problemas relacionados con el clima.
El suministro local de agua proviene de manantiales cercanos y también puede experimentar interrupciones ocasionales. Se solicita amablemente a los huéspedes que tengan presentes estas posibilidades como parte de la experiencia rural y natural de hospedarse en esta zona.

- En automóvil: aproximadamente 3.5 horas desde el Aeropuerto Internacional Juan Santamaría (SJO).
- Por aire: un vuelo de 20 minutos desde SJO hasta el Aeropuerto de Quepos, seguido de un trayecto de 50 minutos en automóvil.

- Uvita: restaurantes, cataratas, supermercados y bancos, aproximadamente a 5 minutos.
- Ojochal: tenis, pickleball y restaurantes, aproximadamente a 15 minutos.
- Dominical: un pueblo de surf tranquilo, aproximadamente a 20 minutos.
- Quepos: aproximadamente a 50 minutos.

We stayed at this beautiful getaway during green season (September) which I believe made the experience 10x better, from the tropical animals you get to see outside, to the lightning you can see through the huge windows in every room. Our host Diana was very attentive during our stay, any issue or question we had she came fairly quick to resolve it. I will definitely be booking here when I come back to Costa Rica!

Great experience in Uvita with Diana’s team. Everyone was very kind, helpful and supportive. We were able to have a chef meet before our arrival and showed up to dinner ready the first night. Amazing stay!

We had a wonderful stay in Uvita, Costa Rica! The Airbnb was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the surroundings were peaceful and relaxing. The host was very friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. We are so sad to leave this lovely place and are already planning a trip back! We stayed in several Air BnBs during our Costa Rica vacation and we saved the best for last with this home. Beautiful furnishings, comfortable beds, the best view and a lovely home. Roberto and Diana were fabulous hosts and so very helpful. Thank you for going out of your way to make our stay the best it could be. Highly recommend using their concierge service to book tours and activities. We can’t wait to come back!

5 of us went for a friend's 50th birthday party and we had a blast! The grounds are absolutely stunning. The view of the Whale's Tail and being able to see the ocean from so many different viewpoints was amazing. The pool was refreshing and a beautiful place to hang out together. At night the fire pit felt so good and added another layer of beauty. There were a couple of issues that were handled quickly and the communications with Diana and Roberto were prompt and helpful. We all want to go back already!!

The villa is great, with amazing finishings (clearly personalised) and incredible surroundings. The only observations are that to go to the fourth room you need to walk outside and to get to the villa you have a steep road. The pictures are representative of what you will get, a great villa. Clearly recommended.

ABSOLUTELY stunning house, we had our whole family stay and it was a perfect location to everything in Uvita along with a gorgeous view of the ocean and jungle. Howler monkeys and toucans visited every day and sitting in the pool watching the sunset will forever be a core memory. Roberto had a whole team ready to make it the best stay possible, we had a private chef that made us the best food in Costa Rica!! I really can't tell you how amazing this place was, you'll have to experience it yourself!

We are a family of 11 and Roberto and Dianna's place was fantastic. It is very modern and clean with an incredible view with spacious rooms an and a giant window in the living room which opens bringing the inside out. One thing to note is that the driveway is very steep and I rented a van which was a challenge but Roberto found a solution to park it nearby. We were all blown away by how responsive our hosts were. Also Uvita is a fantastic place to visit and we fished, snorkled and Scuba dived and the waterfall. I highly recommend this villa.
