The stay was unbeatable! Beautiful, comfortable, spacious, clean, safe place. We couldn't ask for more. The hosts were very friendly and flexible, we really want to repeat every year. Thank you Natalia for all your attention!

We love the house. It is not the first time that we have come and for our family that is numerous the house is perfect for its spaciousness and distribution. While it is true there are maintenance details that are important to resolve Natalia took care of resolving everything and making our stay out great. Thank you Natalia for everything.!!!!🙌🏼♥️♥️

Our very satisfying stay at Casa Cielo A very complete, spacious, comfortable and accessible accommodation for our family of 17 Nathalia, Jaime and their maintenance and cleaning team were excellent, their accompaniment and collaboration throughout our stay, Nathalia always met our needs , we had a problem with an air conditioner that damaged the situation that was addressed immediately and satisfactorily As a recommendation: Include the House in the Beach Club for the use and enjoyment of the same or indicate at the time of booking that you do not have this possibility and in the rooms replace the sofa beds for comfort and convenience Casa Cielo is a great place to host large families with comfort and comfort, and Natalia is a great host, kind and charisma . We would go back to Casa Cielo

Natalia and Hacienda Pinilla were amazing! Natalia was so sweet and responsive. The community, the amenities and the beach were incredible. The house was spacious and well stocked. Unfortunately, the house is in need of some maintenance. There were stains and holes in the wall. One of the bedrooms sustained water damage that was so significant that the drawers in the bathroom crumbled when you opened them and the walls and cabinets were warped and stained. It resulted in a smell of mist and mildew that was so strong that the room was uninhabitable. We had 2 people sleeping on couches that should have had beds. The water pressure was very poor. Showering was difficult and the toilets didn’t flush well. The half bath struggled to eliminate urine, so we only used it once. Additional: - grill and oven did not work - sheets smelled of mildew and not great quality - needs an exterminator- ants and larva in bathroom window track, spider in son’s bed, dead frog in pool and house

The place was very beautiful and spacious. My rating reflects my experience however, if you're looking fir a place suitable for a large group and private activities, this would be a good recommendation.

Perfect to enjoy a beach close to a comfortable house, big space to keep a big family and restaurant near to its fantastic, try to visit the beach at night and lie down on the sand!
