*Private Modern Coastal Luxury* ~Pool+Waterfall!

I can't say enough good things about our experience here. We rented out Landon's property for my finacée's 40th birthday, and it made the trip. The location was perfect - close enough to the town & beach that it was easy to do all the things, but far enough out that it was quiet and private, and with the most incredible views! We felt as if in a wildlife reserve - we saw cotamundis, tyras, and endless varieties of birdlife. With the help of Briggitte, we arranged massages for our whole party at the air B&B on our first day. A HIGHLY recommended way to settle into vacation mode! Gabriela and her team at GV massages were wonderful (the facials were awesome too!). A highlight was our birthday dinner with private chef Mayron. The food & drink were fantastic, and the vibe they brought perfect for our group. We loved his stories and deep connection to local food and culture. It was truly unforgettable. Our complaint is that we had to leave. We are already planning our return!

We hosted an intimate women’s retreat at this home in Uvita, and it was everything we hoped for and more. The jungle setting overlooking the Pacific near the Whale’s Tail is breathtaking, and the infinity pool is incredible. The home was perfect for gathering while still offering privacy. We loved the whole house sound system (such a special surprise!) and the outdoor ice bath and bath setup both elevated our experience in a beautiful way. Landon was responsive and easy to communicate with throughout. We also hired Koko as a private chef, and he and Harold (mixologist) truly took the experience to another level. Koko was attentive to our nutritional preferences and created vibrant, nourishing meals. Harold crafted amazing non-alcoholic drinks that felt thoughtful and elevated. Highly recommend ♥️

It’s hard to put into words how spectacular our stay was. Landon is an incredible host who truly goes above and beyond for his guests. He answered every question promptly, offered fantastic recommendations, and connected us with Private Chef Uvita and JAPI Travels (Private taxi service) - both of which were outstanding. He also had the whole place stocked with groceries we requested, so we could arrive and completely relax! The villa itself is unbelievable. Several guests in our group who travel frequently commented that it’s the best Airbnb they’ve ever stayed in. I highly recommend - the sunset view, the location (private/safe), the host, the pool, etc etc! Don’t hesitate!

An amazing place! Peaceful, clean, and perfectly located near beaches and nature. The host was wonderful, and the setting made our holiday truly special. Uvita is magical, and we can’t wait to come back.

Amazing view, pool, kitchen, etc etc…birds, wildlife, just a great Pura Vida experience…Landon was calm, responsive, helpful…everything you could hope for in a host

We had an absolutely wonderful experience. There were 8 of us in our group all over 70. We had a great time and even walked to the waterfalls. Saw Agouti and coati right from the deck and many many different types of birds. The view was amazing. We love playing 50's and 60's music and enjoyed using the pool. Amazed at " no bugs" or mosquitoes. None of us ever even put and repellant on! Thanks again for having such a beautiful place
