Esta lujosa casa de 5 habitaciones y 5 baños y medio cuenta con más de 3300 pies cuadrados de espacio interior, además de varias terrazas y patios al aire libre, garaje, piscina privada y jardín. Esta propiedad se destaca por su ubicación ideal cerca del corazón del pintoresco y histórico San José del Cabo. A solo 10-15 minutos caminando de tiendas y restaurantes, y a 20 minutos de extensas playas. La casa da hacia un parque, lo que ofrece mayor privacidad y tranquilidad.
Calefacción de piscina opcional por $30 al día. No es adecuada para fiestas o eventos. Zona residencial tranquila.
Espacios Interiores
- Cinco amplias habitaciones; cuatro con camas king size y una con literas.
- Cada habitación con baño privado y amplio espacio de clóset.
- En el segundo piso, espectacular suite principal con vista al Mar de Cortés y baño de cinco piezas con tina de hidromasaje y vista al mar.
- Terraza superior para relajación privada desde la suite principal.

El resto de la planta baja alberga las áreas de sala, comedor y cocina en concepto abierto, con un diseño moderno y elegante. Las puertas corredizas empotradas en la sala y comedor permiten abrir completamente la casa, ofreciendo vistas sin obstáculos y acceso al espacio exterior, la piscina y el océano.

Very responsive host. Lots of extras at the house including kitchen supplies, laundry detergent, wagon for the beach, boogie boards, and children’s books. A great place for a family vacation.

Just had a 2 week stay here. 6 adults & 2 kids. What a great, spacious and stocked house! We started each day with coffee on the upper patio, watching the sunrise and whales. The bedrooms all had plenty of hangers and closet space. The kitchen is by far the best stocked Airbnb kitchen we have ever experienced. The front yard and pool was lovely. The kids loved the playground in the park behind the house. There were plenty of beach towels, a couple beach chairs and umbrella, sand toys for the kids… very impressed and made for a fabulous holiday! Would recommend a car mainly because of the location up the hill. Would definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful home! We loved just hanging out in the front yard by the pool. The house had everything we needed for truly enjoy our vacation. Very inexpensive uber rides to downtown. The house is located about half way up a huge hill. We decided to walk the first night to the local restaurants but paid the price walking uphill home. We would definitely stay here again next time in San Jose del Cabo.

I would like to give our experience 3.5 stars. First, I am a Superhost with 5 star reviews, so my standards are really high. Let’s start with the good. The house is big and comfortable. We are a family of 5 and we could have had another family of 4 there with us no problem. The kitchen is well organized and well appointed. Most AirBnB kitchens are not. The master bed is also comfortable, so sleeping well there should have been easy. Now the not so good. The AC units all run off remotes, and the one for the Master didn’t work. We were told a guy was coming every day from day 2 of 7 onwards. He finally did on day 5. That meant 4 nights of cold air blowing on us while we tried to sleep. We are on vaca. We need good sleep. My advice is verify with Seoniad before you book that the AC is working as designed. Cabo is too hot if it isn’t. And there is an alarm on a panel at the base of the stairs that beeped the whole time we were there. Deal with those 2 issues and book away

We just had the best possible stay. The pool was awesome, the sunrises were beautiful, the spacious home was inviting and comfortable. I hope to rent from Seonaid at her amazing home for another vacation.

My father-in-law and his friends were the ones who occupied the place and were fascinated! Everything was perfect and they were delighted! A highly recommended place. Seoniad was always available!

We had an AMAZING stay here! Honestly, the place was nicer than the photos and we wish we could’ve stayed longer. Seoniad was very helpful and responsive.

It was great to stay at Seoniad's place. She is a great host, there was an issue with the internet in the beginning, but she solved it very quickly. Overall the stay was pleasant and the villa is great.
