- Please return clean kitchen utensils and household items to avoid a $20 surcharge.
- The hotel does not permit guests or visitors in the rooms or on the premises; facilities are exclusively for registered guests.
- Smoking is prohibited in rooms, terraces, and common areas. The entire hotel is smoke-free. Violations may result in a 40,000 colones fine (Law 9028) and possible eviction without refund.
- Towels must remain in the rooms. Cleaning staff will replace only the towels found during cleaning. Removing towels from the hotel will incur a $15 charge per towel.
- For fire safety, grills are not allowed on the property.

The hotel is just like it looks in the photos. It is a very quiet place, very close to Playa Penca, Potrero and Prieta. I found it to be a safe place with easy access to the area.

Very nice staff and hotel. Great for shorter stays where you don't need a kitchen and want to meet other people. Prime location. Very safe.

Everything was very good ;the room, the price of the room , the surroundings, the only thing was the attention in kitchen by the young man who serves the tables at breakfast, is missing a little charisma to the public and the price of extras like the Bacon for example seems too high for the portion
