• Note: The room has a single entrance door located in the first bedroom. To access the second bedroom, you must pass through the first bedroom.

Additional Information

• Please return clean kitchen utensils and household items to avoid a $20 surcharge.
• The hotel does not permit guests or visitors in the rooms or on the premises; facilities are exclusively for registered guests.
• Smoking is prohibited in rooms, terraces, and common areas. The entire hotel is smoke-free. Violations may result in a 40,000 colones fine (Law 9028) and possible eviction without refund.
• Towels must remain in the rooms. Cleaning staff will replace only the towels found during cleaning. Removing towels from the hotel will incur a $15 charge per towel.
• For fire safety, grills are not allowed on the property.
• A cash deposit or card hold of USD 100 is required to cover any possible charges incurred at the restaurant-pizzeria "Esmeralda's."
