3BR Condo in Coco

We spent 4 nights at the Pacifico over the Xmas holidays (Dec 2025).  The condo is conveniently located near the main street with all the shops/restaurants a short walk away.  I didn’t time it but the beach is probably about a 15 minute walk.  The condo itself is beautiful.  Very spacious and the ocean view is gorgeous.  The kitchen is well equipped, the sofa big enough for a family to lounge on and a nice sized dining table (plus lots of seating around the kitchen counter).  It is further from the pools than the other units located at the bottom of the hill and as a result you need to trudge up the hill + three flights of stairs to get to it……BUT you get the ocean view the lower units don’t have.  That was well worth the extra effort to me.  Also there is covered parking (with security cameras) at ground level so your car is always nice and cool.  The pool areas are very nice and wasn't crowded when we were there so you could always find a lounger.  Even nicer than the photos!!!!!

I had a great stay at Elizabeth’s place in Coco. The location was perfect—everything was walkable and just a short stroll to the beach, which made the trip super convenient and enjoyable. The home itself was clean, comfortable, and had a relaxing vibe. Elizabeth was a kind and responsive host, which made the whole experience seamless. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Elisabeth is an exceptional host—friendly, welcoming, and always proactive in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. The apartment is well-equipped, and has everything you could need for a relaxing getaway. The location is fantastic, with the beach just a short walk away and a lovely pool to enjoy. Highly recommend staying here for a perfect vacation experience!

This was our 3rd stay at this beautiful condo.Elizabeth is always so pleasant to deal with and always quick to respond.

The condo was perfect for our family of four with extra room for a guest who joined for part of our vacation. The condo was super clean, the view was amazing, and the resort provided great options for activities or relaxation. We contemplated staying closer to the beach or this resort...we made the right choice for us. It was close enough to visit by walk or our rented golf cart, but enough distance to feel removed from the town's activity. We would highly recommend the condo, the host, and the resort - perfect for our family!

This was our second time staying at this condo!Can’t get enough of the view of the bay from this place,absolutely beautiful! There were a few small issues at the beginning but Elizabeth was very prompt at getting things tended to and always so pleasant.

We spent a month at this condo and absolutely enjoyed our time there!The view from the condo is worth the 60 steps up for the view.

Elizabeth was an excellent hostess. She responded to messages very quickly and provided helpful tips and advise. The condo was very large, has an amazing view and is conveniently located near shops and the downtown. We especially loved having coffee on the deck in the mornings.
