Casa Kavita by Ronival is a brand-new 3-bedroom penthouse within Mistiq, where striking design captures your attention upon entry. Two bedrooms are located near the entrance, each with its own bathroom. The first bedroom includes a large bed and a desk, perfect for guests who need to work during their stay. Opposite this room is a bedroom with bunk beds that can accommodate up to four people, also with a private bathroom—making it a cozy space for children or friends.

The heart of the penthouse is a bright, inviting living room that opens onto a large terrace with stunning ocean views. Adjacent to the living room, the main bedroom offers a tranquil retreat, complete with a bathroom featuring two sinks and a walk-in closet. This bedroom also has direct access to the balcony, allowing you to wake up and step outside to enjoy the scenery.

The kitchen is fully equipped for those who enjoy cooking, providing everything needed to prepare your favorite meals.

Additional Information

• A $12 Environmental Fee per stay will apply to all bookings starting February 1, 2025, to support local sustainability efforts.
• Construction is currently underway nearby, which may cause some daytime noise. Work typically occurs Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Small dogs are welcome with prior notification. A non-refundable $150 USD pet fee applies. Pets arriving without prior notice will not be allowed.
• Smoking or vaping inside the property is prohibited and subject to a $300 USD fine.
• The private jacuzzi is located at the edge of the rooftop and features an infinity side without protective barriers. For safety, especially for children, adult supervision is required at all times when using the jacuzzi.
• External vendors are not permitted inside the property to maintain a secure and pleasant environment. The concierge can recommend trusted vendors if needed.
• Monthly reservations are accepted, but an additional refundable security deposit of $300 USD per month may be required. Please confirm before booking.
