Location
Casa Mirador is situated just a few minutes uphill from Montezuma. It is conveniently close to the trail leading to the upper waterfall and approximately a 20-minute walk from the town center.
The Space
This upstairs apartment features a private entrance and shares a pool with Casa Tranquila. It offers a full kitchen and a washing machine for guest use. The bedroom is spacious, equipped with a full-size bed and a bunk bed, while the living room includes a pull-out couch.
Please note that the deck is currently not safe for crawling babies or young toddlers due to wide gaps between the railings, which pose a fall risk. Although a baby gate is available for the stairs, supervision is strongly advised if young children are present.
Amenities and Guest Access
Guests have full access to the entire yard, which includes short trails perfect for bird watching, observing butterflies, and spotting monkeys. The pool is open 24 hours a day for guest enjoyment.

Tania’s place is absolutely amazing. From the first day we arrived we saw so many monkeys. We saw more monkeys here than La Fortuna. The grounds are filled with beautiful plants. The caretakers of the property downstairs are so kind and helpful. My kids really enjoyed the pool. I feel like it’s the perfect distance from Montezuma downtown. It’s only about a five minute drive. Out of all the places I’ve traveled in Costa Rica. Montezuma has been my favorite and I absolutely will be returning and when I do, I would love to stay here again.

Tania är en fantastisk värd. Hon svarar snabbt och gör allt hon kan för att hjälpa till. Vi gillade huset med AC i sovrummet. Det bästa var balkongen med bord, soffa, hängmatta och fantastisk utsikt över träden så man kan spana efter djur från balkongen. Det ligger lite avsides så man ska helst ha egen bil när man bor här, annars blir det taxi. Det är däremot precis på vägen till montezuma vattenfall, så dit går man direkt från huset. Det finns en restaurang inom bekvämt gångavstånd. Poolen var nedgången och skulle behöva en renovering. Den var säkert ren och säker även om det inte såg ut så med alla missfärgningar.

Emplacement magnifique avec une vue incroyable sur la jungle et la mer. La très grande galerie était des plus confortable et est un plus pour ce logement. Agréable de pouvoir profiter de la cuisine car la mer est souvent agitée. Tania a été très aidante pour diverses informations. Andres et Migdalhia étaient très sympathiques.

My fiance and I stayed here for a wonderful month and really loved the space! It felt really homey and also super spacious, which is so important for a longer-term stay. The wrap-around porch is incredible, with an ocean view, a hammock, and multiple places to sit and enjoy the sunrise or the passing howler monkeys, who visited often. The pool was lovely and you are only a 10-15 minute walk to the beautiful Montezuma waterfall pools. The caretakers, who live downstairs, were very kind and helpful with anything we needed, and Tania was incredibly communicative, with lots of great local recommendations!

Un vrai havre de paix! J'ai eu la chance de séjourner dans ce merveilleux hébergement à la vue incroyable, jardin luxuriant, piscine rafraîchissante, et intérieur super confortable avec tout ce dont on a besoin ! Tania a été super flexible pour les heures d'arrivée et de départ, ce qui m'a permis de profiter au max de mon séjour. Merci pour tout, j'ai déjà hâte de revenir!
