Enjoy excellent ocean views from this eco-friendly beach house in Gran Pacifica Resort. The large second-story balcony is an ideal place to watch the sunset, while the home’s location offers easy access to Asuchillo Beach, the community pool, lounge, and Mexican restaurant.

The solar-powered home is also connected to the electrical grid for uninterrupted comfort. It is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom property that comfortably sleeps four guests and can often accommodate up to five.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire house except for the storage room at the back of the property.

Resort Fee

Gran Pacifica Resort charges a resort entrance fee separately from the accommodation rate. The fee is charged by the resort for gated access and amenities.

• $10 per night when using one bedroom
• $17 per night when using both bedrooms

The nightly rate includes the $17 resort entrance fee for guests using both bedrooms. Overnight visitors are charged according to the number of bedrooms in the rental unit.
