Overall, the place is very clean and tidy, and very close to downtown Puerto Viejo. We only had one issue with check-in. But other than that, everything was fine.

The staff's attention was unbeatable. First-class. The design of the rooms, the hotel in general and the tranquility that envelops you are very much appreciated. The pool is clean and has nice lighting. I recommend it.

The hotel is as shown in the photos. It's very clean, and the cozy rooms with air conditioning are excellent for relaxing in comfort. The fact that there are no children makes for a quieter atmosphere. The staff were very attentive to guests, and the included breakfast was very good and complete.

The listing says it has a private bathroom, but that's not true. Other than that, the staff they have are extremely friendly.

Our stay at Saranda was medicore to say the least, we were there for 5 nights, no problems until the 4th night a group showed up later on in the day right as a younger man was taking over the supervision shifts, he kept the pool open till 1 pouring shots to the crowd who was already loud and obnoxiously drunk all night, they kept the noise extremely loud till they finally called it a day at about 1am at which point the bar tender was in the pool with the guests…. My wife and I were on our honeymoon and were expecting the adults only environment to honour the “quite time” after the pool was supposed to be closed at 10 and the bar at 8. That being said all the female staff and the day shift crew did a great job keeping the place clean and guests happy! The “no outside food and drink” policy made it challenging to go out for dinner as you werent allowed to bring anything back with you. The day time staff and young female bartender was phenomenal, took very good care of us!
