Had a wonderful stay! The villa was very clean and well maintained, and everything looked just like the photos. Terri greeted us when we arrived and personally escorted us to the villa for check-in, which made getting settled easy. If you want a peaceful, secluded stay on Ambergris Caye, this is it. No crowds or noise, just you and the beach. We kayaked and snorkeled right off the property and explored the island by golf cart. There are also restaurants and bars within an easy golf-cart ride, so we could enjoy the privacy without feeling disconnected from everything. One of the highlights was the Private Beach BBQ excursion. We spent the day fishing and snorkeling, then had fresh ceviche, grilled lobster, and rum punch prepared right on the beach by the captain. I couldn’t have stayed in a better place! ALOM is a slice of paradise! A gorgeous location! Away from the hustle and bustle. Everything was clean, super organized and made for a really comfortable stay! They really provided service from the heart! A tropical island getaway but with all the luxury and creature comforts of home. We can’t wait to come back and we will be back!

Luxurious. Comfortable. Unparalleled hospitality. Terry is an exceptional concierge. She has an acute attention to detail and genuinely cared about our comfort. She provided invaluable information regarding our stay, local activities and dining. The beach was amazing and we spent many hours taking in the scenery. The groundskeeper ensured every aspect of the property was immaculate. The well maintained gardens were much appreciated. ALOM is remote, yet accessible. There is kayaking, fishing, etc. and is close enough to be picked up and brought to various excursions. Overall luxurious accomodations, exceptional staff and stunning natural beauty. We are grateful to the entire team and hope to return again in the future.

We absolutely recommend this place to everyone! The estate is beautiful and it was so nice to have a property to ourselves. It has wonderful updated amenities, really everything we needed was offered. They provided daily housekeeping which is a major plus being right on the beach with all the sand! The staff here is so friendly and very helpful. We loved being outside of the noisy town and spending time outdoors as a family! Terri the concierge truly made this trip memorable she knows the ins and outs of this island and had the best recommendations, everywhere we went we were amazed! The beach right out our front door was the best part about this trip we could walk ten steps and we were on the beach ready to swim and explore the Caribbean! If your looking for the perfect paradise, this is it! The estate was so beautiful and well kept. It had a fully equipped kitchen, the beds were so comfy, we had the best nights sleep, and relaxing rain showers that made coming home after exploring even better. The staff is amazing and attentive, we opted for villa pre-stock, so we wouldn’t have to get groceries, they offered daily housekeeping and a free laundry service, and have the best concierge. Terri made our trip so memorable. She had wonderful recommendations and non fell short of spectacular. We were able to lounge right on the beach of the estate, this private villa is the definition of relaxation! Being on the north end of the island is truly the way to go. We spent half a day in town (which is really all you need) and the rest traveling around to see all the island has to offer. There are so many places we wouldn’t have experienced if we didn’t venture out. This was the perfect private and quiet escape we needed!

This property was beautiful! We did come during the winter season so rain and washed away roads were present but not enough to stop us from getting where we wanted and having fun! Terri was the best most responsive host I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. I would rebook this place in a heartbeat. It’s far away from town on a cart but if you’re looking for something out of the way peaceful and secluded than this is the place for you.

Great place to stay for a peaceful getaway. The rental units were very clean and we had everything we needed. The host was great, they booked everything for us and met us at the airport to show us the way. They are very responsive and friendly. There is a small resort next door that has a restaurant that was convenient. A lot of great places to see and visit on the island, but it can be a bit of a golf cart ride. The staff everywhere we visited on the island was great. Everyone was very friendly and grateful you were visiting their establishments.

The villa was beautiful, the beach would be great another time of year. The beach was riddled with seaweed making in in accessible. (No fault of our host just a note for incoming guest, plan other activities). Terri, and Carla are amazing and made our stay very comfortable. Our biggest “complaint” is the distance to town, it’s an hour drive. Which isn’t awful but there are no street lights and you can’t just grab a drink and head back. The morning we left it seemed like the water was turned off. Making it difficult to finish our dishes and get ready to fly home. Overall it was a wonderful stay the villa is very clean, modern and has great AC for the hot days. We took a boat out a few days and had an incredible week.

Booked this place for my best friend’s bachelorette. Beautiful villa on the beach. Updated and clean! Helpful staff but we just had a few issues. The beach water wasn’t very clean so we couldn’t swim in the water. The showers would stop mid shower on numerous occasions, once with soap on my face. We later found out that one of the water pumps was down. Most of the girls have long thick hair and weren’t able to fully wash salt water off. When we originally booked the villa, the listing stated that we’d have access to the pool next door but then we realized the listing was updated to say that we’d only have access if we spend money next door. The wooden dock was broken and we were not able to walk on it so when our boat excursion picked us up we had to get on the boat using the dock belonging to the resort next door. Besides these minor inconveniences we had a great time, enjoyed our stay and had very attentive staff helping us throughout our trip. There’s also a cute dog named Chance.
