The Space
This two-bedroom, one-bathroom house offers spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean from both the living room and a large outdoor porch. The porch includes a dining area where you can enjoy meals while taking in the scenery. The sunset views are especially remarkable, showcasing vibrant reds, purples, and pinks as the sun dips into the ocean.
The bedrooms are furnished with two queen beds in one room and a king bed in the other. Additionally, the living room features a queen-sized daybed that doubles as a couch. An inflatable bed can be provided upon request for extra sleeping space.
Location and Community
The property is situated within a small gated community consisting of three other homes. It is located directly on the main road leading to Manuel Antonio, which means there is some road noise. Access to the house requires climbing three flights of stairs from the secure parking area.

Very nice accommodation with a great ocean view. Close to the national park. Very clean, safe and responsive host. You have to climb several flights of stairs to access it, so it is not recommended if you have mobility issues. A bit cramped for our group of 8: would be better for a maximum of 6 in my opinion. The accommodation opens to the street: the noise from cars woke us up in the morning. Otherwise, a very nice stay!

An oasis of beauty in the upper part of Manuel Antonio, with a magnificent view, excellent service and special accommodation. One aspect to consider is that, since it is in front of the road, there is vehicle noise, even at night.

Beautiful apartment with spectacular balcony views, nice pool, and a short walk to a supermarket and great restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and hated to leave. Minor issues to be aware of: road noise is a thing, and there are lots of steps up to the apartment from the parking lot. Also, the place was not easy to find. We later realized we needed to check texts (rather than Airbnb which isn’t ideal) for the host’s instructions, which wasn’t helpful when I been driving for hours on sketchy car WiFi.

Great stay overall! The location was excellent, and the host provided amazing service. A couple of things to note: the Airbnb is on a main road, so traffic and motorcycles were loud starting around 5 a.m. Also, the pool is shared, and during our stay one guest dominated the area and was very loud, making it less enjoyable. I'm sure that was a one-off, but it's something to keep in mind if you plan to spend a lot of time at the pool.

We loved our stay at John’s place. Clean, well-equipped, super comfortable beds, and the best deck to watch the sunsets! We were two families of 4 and were very comfortable. We all really loved the pool. Jordan was an excellent host and made arrival and departure easy and was available to answer our questions. We enjoyed our stay very much!

This place is stunning. Cannot get a better view. Pool was amazing. Walkable to restaurants and grocery. Everything was perfect. Will forever be my go to in Quepos.
