We are an ecological Hotel that works with solar panels. The air conditioning is limited and only works from 20:00 to 06:00 The space The Hotel has air conditioning in its rooms and the hours are limited from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM

This was our second time staying with Sivana and I’m not sure what has happened. We had problems with the WiFi, and the room cooling down. Breakfast was no longer served and this wasn’t communicated beforehand. We attempted to contact the host and only received a response once we had canceled our stay. We hope things change for them. But as of right now we wouldn’t stay again.

Good - private beach access - quiet at night - parking lot Bad - overall structure of room and bathroom is extremely lacking, plumbing, hot shower is poor quality, salt water - difficult entrance, especially if you have a lot of luggage - limited drinking water -no fridge/ water dispenser - housekeeping asking for tips every single day when I was staying for a whole week - no restaurant at hotel or even breakfast, you have to walk or transport to other places to eat - stained towels If this hotel were downtown it would be 30usd a night.

Le Sivana hôtel est un lieu magnifique. Le personnel est dévoué et professionnel. L’emplacement et la localisation sont géniales. Lors de mon séjour il y avait de la construction (la journée) ce qui ne rendait pas mon séjour paisible. N.B. Malheureusement les petits déjeuners ne sont pas inclus durant la basse saison ce qui ne m’a pas été précisé lors de ma réservation.

🪳🪳🪳 not reasonably priced for the issues you’ll deal with. We were told that the AC was only operational from 8P to 7A but when we tried to turn it on after 8 it does not work at all. this was a smaller room upstairs that was about US$86. The other room that we changed to was about US$150 and it had cockroaches the size of Chihuahua puppies. While we sat on the balcony trying to have dinner, one of the cockroaches flew up It was so huge we thought it was a lunar moth! It was indeed a Cucaracha🪳 we were chased inside by the huge bugs and they were inside! We chase one of them down for 40 minutes because me and my fiancé can’t sleep in a room w bugs wandering around. as we continue to kill them we caught a photo of three of them INSIDE when I sent photos to the host asking for help they ignored me. It was not the first message that they ignored. The location is great right off the water, but the property is poorly managed. Save yourself to sleep this night of no AC and Cucaracha! 🪳

We booked Sivana Tulum for 2 nights, as this place was well within our budget. I wanted a peaceful place to stay and that's exactly what this is. Even though the air condition only works from 8 PM-6 AM, you won't notice that as we were away for most of the time anyway. It has a nice, peaceful, serene ambience going on, with a perfect view of the beach. staff is friendly, beach view is amazing, breakfast is simple and sufficient. I loved the place, would recommend to friends and family as well. Perfect value for money!

We stayed at Hotel Silvana for a week and everything you see in the pictures is actually as beautiful in real. It feels like paradise. The hotel is located in the hotel zone of tulum and you enter through a busy street with lots of shops and restaurants. But once you step inside it is quiet and like in a beautiful jungle. A few steps to our room which was located up high like a tree house and very romantic. Then a few more steps and you are right at the beach which is beautiful and only for hotel guests. Breakfast was very good - lots of different fruit, fry ups and scrambled eggs and the most delicious pancakes. Toast and different kind of cereal. In my op a great selection for everyone. The staff was very helpful, they exchanged money for us and gave us beach towels and water was free. The only negative thing was that you need an expensive Taxi to get out of the hotel zone for outings. But really you will find everything you need in the area for a great beach holiday in paradise.

Cozy stay with amazing views and beach access! We were served hot breakfast of our choice(mainly eggs and pancakes) and the staffs were friendly too.

The host was very amazing and friendly, she told us some advices before the arrival and we would be able to contact about everything we needed. The swimming pool is well kept and maintained at everyday basis was quite enjoyable and nice spot. Place is very well maintained, beautiful and cozy. Thank you very much for hosting us!
