The view from the villa is absolutely breathtaking and truly the highlight of the stay! it alone makes it worth it. Villa Soul in general is a great location with plenty of amenities included (pools, bar, entertainment). The villa itself could benefit from a few updates and a couple of added conveniences, but overall it’s still a nice place to stay.

We had some small problems with an AC and the main door. The rest was great...

This was our second time staying in Villas Sol. We loved this place even more than the last! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could possibly ever need. The balcony has a beautiful view and was perfect for morning yoga. My kids love taking the shuttle, playing volleyball in the pool, participating in the resort activities, and the beach has a great area to snorkel.

I feel that the price is very high for what they offer the public in activities. Or maybe it's because we're nationals, I didn't feel comfortable and I wouldn't go back. Also, when ordering something to eat at the pool or wetbar several times, they did not provide utensils and we had to eat with our hands. I feel that the check-in is not fair for what you pay. And the check-out time, there's almost no chance to get ready to rest a little more, I see it as an outrage.

Siento que el precio es muy elevado para lo que ofrecen al público en actividades. O será porque somos nacionales, no me sentí cómoda y no volvería. Además, cuando se ordenaba algo de comer a la piscina o wetbar por varias veces no brindaron utensilios y tocaba comer con las manos. El check in siento que no es lo justo para lo que paga uno. Y la hora de check out, casi no hay chance de alistarse para descansar un poco más, lo veo como un atropello.

En cuanto a los horarios de check-in y check-out, comprendemos su sentir. Estos horarios responden a los tiempos necesarios para garantizar una adecuada limpieza y preparación de las villas para todos los huéspedes. Aun así, valoramos su comentario, ya que nos ayuda a seguir evaluando alternativas que puedan brindar mayor flexibilidad cuando sea posible. Lamentamos no haber logrado que se sintiera cómoda durante su estadía y agradecemos su retroalimentación, la cual es muy valiosa para continuar mejorando.
