The Space
This private four-bedroom vacation home offers stunning ocean views and is conveniently located near the town of San Juan del Sur. Casa del Soul is situated within the exclusive Pacific Marlin development at the northern end of San Juan del Sur bay, overlooking Playa Nacascolo.
Each bedroom features a private bathroom, air conditioning, and impressive views of either the pool or the ocean. The open-air dining area provides a beautiful setting to enjoy sunsets.
Daily cleaning service is included from Monday through Saturday.
Outdoor Area
The spacious outdoor area includes a large pool, patio, and a dedicated yoga space, catering to a variety of relaxation and activity preferences. Guests can unwind on loungers, relax in hammocks, or find shade in the large covered area—ideal for escaping the sun or practicing morning yoga.
The house is accessible via a paved road and offers ample parking. Additionally, there is one secured parking spot inside the main gates.

I really liked the accommodation. It has everything you need to have a great time in San Juan. The rooms were very comfortable, and it has nice spaces. You can get to town and other beaches very quickly. The team was very attentive throughout our stay

This 3 story oasis was worth every cent. breathtaking views, comfortable accomodations, decent sized pool (very clean btw), 7min drive to the center of SJDS. internet was spotty but we spent most of our time in the pool and at SJDS center. absolutely loved this place

100 out of 10. I appreciate the details, and the fact that he thinks about them shows how much he cares about his guests. I think the house is 10/10, and the manager is 20/10 – he helped us with everything. Maybe the air conditioners just need a check-up, some maintenance, or gas, but those are minor details. Thank you for everything.

We were delighted with the house! Everything matched the photos, from the time of booking they gave us precise instructions, tips and information that we appreciated a lot because they were useful to us. The house was impeccably clean, comfortable, the views were spectacular, the neighborhood was safe and very quiet, check-in and check-out were flexible, so we will definitely be back soon.

Happy to stay with Paul! The house is the same as in the photographs, very clean and organized, it had what you need, and a spectacular view. The staff in charge were very friendly and we had very good communication. We'll be back to visit soon!
