I truly cannot recommend this place enough. The location was perfect and a block away from Calle 7 in La veleta. Frank and his team were so incredibly helpful and responsive when it came to any issues and more importantly the recommendations were outstanding. The house itself is what everyone else said in the comments-better than the pictures. The pool was pristine and so fun. A highlight for us was the chef dinner with Karen, first of all, the food was immaculate!!! She was so sweet and an incredible chef. I stayed here with 5 other girls for a bachelorette trip and it was a perfect location for our adventuring/atving days to the cenotes, getting to the hotel zone and central tulum. I will 100% be back here in the future. Huge thank you to the hosts!

Great house in a great location. Amazing communication from the host. They helped facilitate getting birthday cake and balloons to celebrate. This was our first time in Tulum but will definitely be returning and will most likely try to stay here again if it’s available.

We had an amazing stay at this villa. The place felt very luxurious, was extremely clean, and looked exactly like the pictures. The amenities were great and everything was well thought out for a comfortable stay. The concierge and drivers were very responsive and quick to answer whenever we needed anything. The owner was also extremely responsive and concierge service gave great recommendations for beach clubs, restaurants, and activities. The location was amazing, plenty of restaurants, clothing stores, and places to walk to just steps away, all within less than 100 meters. Overall, the service was excellent and the experience was seamless. Would definitely stay again!

What an amazing villa. It was beautiful. Each room felt special. The air conditioning was really effective and very needed when we visited in August. The pool was large and great fun. The whole villa was beautifully clean and felt very luxurious. The communication and host was really helpful. The mid week clean really helped to keep the feel of Villa fresh. I would totally recommend this villa.
