Bedrooms and Work Space

A futon is available to accommodate a fifth guest if needed.
Maintenance
To preserve the beauty of the garden and pool, maintenance is scheduled twice weekly on Wednesdays and Saturdays. The staff aims to complete all work quickly and efficiently to minimize any disruption to your stay.

The view from this villa is incredible. Looking out from the patio, you can see all the way to the ocean. Our concierge, Oscar, was incredibly responsive and kindly worked with us to check in when we arrived later than expected. He also left us some delicious mango and watermelon! The location listed is slightly inaccurate to where the villa actually is, but it still provided easy access to the main Dominical area. Also, definitely bring 4 wheel drive as the hosts suggest, as it's a steep climb to the house. We would definitely rent from this group again!

Stunning views! Very responsive host / concierge. Clear instructions. Lovely, spacious, and comfortable home in a gorgeous setting! The one issue during our visit was the street construction, which should be completed soon I understand.

Beautiful location with stunning views of the ocean and sunsets. House was clean and Oscar was very responsive to any of our needs. Overall this is a great place to stay. The only negative thing I would say is the road is noisy with traffic (I think there is a construction project uphill from casa so this may be temporary) and roaming neighborhood dogs kept any wildlife away.

This Villa is astonishing! I am fortunate enough to have summers off and have been traveling around Costa Rica for close to six weeks now and, by far, this is the most magnificent place I have stayed. The views are absolutely incredible. Every evening I soaked in the sunset while taking a dip in the gorgeous pool. This villa is worth every dollar. It is worth noting, and I don’t believe this to be the fault of Estaban or Oscar, but rather the home owner, that many of the decorations were pictures of folks in blackface. This is not only offensive, but extremely racist. I am not sure who frequents this place but, in America, the history of pictures of overly black faces with hyper-enhanced lip sizes has a very racist and bigoted past. I’m not sure why these pictures were hung in the first place, but they certainly have no place in 2021. That being said, Disregarding that, I highly recommend. I never wanted to leave - once I took down the pictures of blackface.

You rent a million dollar ocean view. Saw the first real live monkey (out of a zoo) ever in my life. Saw approx 5-8 shooting stars every night (someone said that in Dec it is like that). My ow my - the stars.. loved them, loved the morning views, loved the villa and enjoyed our stay!!!
