This location is great! There’s so many food places nearby/activities. Easily accessible for uber & the fares are extremely cheap. The place looked exactly how it’s listed, it’s a lot better in person with great views from the balcony. The roof top pool is the highlight! & any concerns I had Sergio made sure to address. I would stay here again!

This place was amazing, it bacame a favorite. This property is very well located, close to everything. The beds are comfy, super clean, and Sergio was super friendly, very responsive and helpful. Gracias Sergio por todo!

A lot of good and some bad. We stayed for a month and worked there a bit. Wifi gave us a few issues, but worked well 95%. Furniture was uncomfortable (futon couch, bad chairs), but mattresses were great, could use to replace bedding/pillows/towels. We complained about cleanliness, they offered cleaning service at 1/2 price and we took them up on it. Proximity to marina, downtown was fantastic, you did have to navigate a small hill. Pools were cold. One elevator was down in building, made grocery runs a task, they could have had a cart for tenents. Sergio was great, driver was great, we didnt use Diego much, but all very professional and responsive. Felt very safe and secure. The price was right, building as advertised. Only issue was construction up hill and Im not lying at least 500 trucks a day up and downhill, every minute on a rocky street that made them louder. If you want to go to Cabo, party, be close to the action go out to eat, drink. Perfect Place. No grill.

I loved this place, it’s better in person and had everything you need, Sergio was very friendly and helpful, I definitely recommend this place, very pretty and safe, we will definitely be coming back, all my family enjoyed it.

Sergiio was very professional. He arrived show us the place show us the pool helped us with our luggage. Great customer service very personable. The place was miraculously clean, comfortable very detailed. We enjoyed every minute we enjoyed the pool. They provide the chairs to the beach the umbrella basically they thought about everything for the guest. We enjoyed it very much and we will be back soon. Thank you.

My friends and I came to Cabo for Spring Break and we loved staying here! The 3bed/3bath setup is perfect for a larger group and the condo had all the amenities we needed. They provide supplies like towels, chairs, an umbrella, sand toys, water guns, a safe to store travel documents, and more. There is also a water filter in the kitchen and some basic spices and condiments in the cabinets. The location was great, just 15 minutes walking from restaurants and nightlife. Sergio was very responsive over text and helped us find everything we needed. He answered our questions and took care of everything promptly. He also helped us arrange transportation to and from the airport, which went smoothly. The condo felt spacious and the balcony was useful to dry clothes at the end of the day. The beds were very comfortable and we had a great time. I would definitely stay here again!

Me and my friends had a great experience in Sergios place. It was so beautiful condo and I felt very safe in this Area. Sergio is a fast responder and I always felt comfortable talking to him. The front desk worker was also very sweet and checked to see if we got home safe every night. Shout out him! A perfect stay for me and my 5 friends - could not have booked a better place.
