Solar System Details

The property runs completely on solar energy. The system is engineered to offer comfort comparable to a traditional energy-powered home but requires mindful usage. Air conditioning can be used in eco mode (set at 24 °C) for approximately 8 continuous hours without issues. Excessive energy consumption may cause the batteries to deplete overnight, with power automatically restored around 7:30 a.m. Guests are kindly asked to use energy responsibly to ensure an optimal stay.

Guests can enjoy cocktails while watching the sunset over the infinity pool.

Tee Time Club House

Just 2 minutes by car or a 17-minute walk north of the property, this spot serves fast food such as pizzas, quesadillas, and Mexican tacos, with prices ranging from $4.50 to $20 USD plus taxes. The Club House also offers tennis, soccer, golf (9 and 18 holes), disc golf, croquet, darts, dominoes, chalupa, cold coffee, and board games (some activities may have additional fees).

Alice's Restaurant

Located 400 meters before the Gran Pacifica entrance gate (5 minutes by car), Alice’s provides a varied menu in a welcoming atmosphere. Prices range from $8 to $25 USD. The menu includes pizzas, burgers, burritos, coconut shrimp, fish, and popular meat cuts. Delivery to units within Gran Pacifica is available for $2 to $3. Guests can enjoy billiards, darts, and poker on special occasions.
