- Smoking is allowed only on the condo’s terrace, provided cigar or cigarette butts are properly disposed of.
- Any damage caused by burns will be deducted from the security deposit.
- Pets are not allowed.
- External vendors are not permitted inside the property to maintain security and comfort. Concierge services can recommend trusted vendors.
- Monthly reservations are accepted; however, an additional refundable security deposit of USD 300 per month may apply. Please confirm before booking.

Our stay in Copala was simply wonderful. We spent a few incredible days with the family and enjoyed this beautiful place very much. The apartment is very comfortable, impeccable, and has a spectacular view that made our experience even more special. In addition, the complex has great amenities. We want to especially thank Sylvia and Ale, who were always attentive to every detail and gave us excellent recommendations that allowed us to make the most of our visit. His kindness, willingness, and attention made us feel at home. We definitely highly recommend this property and hope to return very soon. We had an amazing time in Cabo. We loved the location of this unit being peacefully away from the crowds but also accessible to the pier, restaurants and resort amenities. The unit was clean and the kitchen had enough for us to prepare meals. We requested a fridge pre-stock and everything was delivered and stored properly. Definitely will recommend having a rental car or golf car just to get around the community.

What a great vacation! From the excellent communication with the host prior to check in, until the confirmation that our hotel shuttle arrived to return us back to the airport, our trip was perfect. We really appreciated the beautiful accommodations and clear, friendly instructions. We couldn’t recommend them more. Thank you for the wonderful service!

We are owners at Pueblo Bonito but I wanted to try something different this year for my birthday because of the private chef. The concierge was AMAZING! They took care and of everything. I definitely recommend staying at this beautiful property.

The condo was lovely, clean and well furnished. The beds, bed linens and towels were of great quality. Upon our arrival we had incorrect instructions on how to enter the suite. Also, the initial emailed instructions for the internet connection were incorrect, but on seeking clarification the correct wifi access and passwords were located in the unit. Initially, there was no coffee maker in the suite but one was delivered the following morning after we made the request. We also had issues with a soiled blanket, the refrigerator’s ice maker, the propane tank on the BBQ and the stopper in the kitchen sink. But all were rectified when we reached out to Ronival. We also noticed many dishes and glasses were chipped and should be replaced. It is a quiet location, a wonderful pool area adjacent to the condo building (the beach is a 20 min walk and you cannot swim in the ocean due to the undercurrent). The concierge was inconsistent in their information about the shuttle service.

My family stayed here for a week to celebrate a milestone birthday. It was perfect with 3 bedrooms, especially a quiet one away from the main area for afternoon naps for the 2-year-old. Everyone loved the large deck area where we gathered every evening. The kitchen was very well stocked; my son and I are foodies and love to cook, so it was much appreciated! The heated pool was fantastic, especially for the kids, as it has a separate shallow pool and ledge around the big pool. The only thing I can think of to improve on is putting felt pads on the legs of all the chairs to reduce the noise of the scraping sound on the tile floor, and also as a courtesy to the neighbors below.

My Host were AMAZING! Very helpful and extremely nice! They always cut me informed with what was going on throughout the property. They helped me with dining reservations. Car rental. Etc. I've never met a better team of people! Not to mention the place was absolutely phenomenal. The view was absolutely worth every penny! 5 STAR RATING! 😎

Copola was very nice & booking was excellent, but my stay was overall disappointing. I never received the welcome email, the concierge was unhelpful (one staff member seemed annoyed by our questions, another promised to help with jet skis but never followed up), & the coffee shop opened too late to be useful. Cleanliness was the biggest disappointment. The beds & pillows were unacceptable-stained pillows & sheets that had hair on them. On the very first night, I had to run out to the store in Mexico to purchase new sheets & pillows. I reported this to management, but it was never addressed. The safe also wasn’t working, though maintenance eventually came to fix it. I tried not to leave a poor review, but management has asked me repeatedly for feedback. Each time, I explained the issues & said I didn’t want to post something negative, yet nothing was resolved. For the cost, I expected far better service & Cleanliness. I extended my stay at last minute. & they were very accommodating.
