מאכזב ביותר. בתמונות הדירה נראתה לנו מעולה אך כשהגענו המציאות הייתה שונה. סלון הבית פתוח לגמרי!!- אין קיר ואין רשת נגד חרקים ולכן כל הבית היה מלא בחרקים כמעט כל הזמן, מה שגרם לנו להסתגר בחדרי השינה. מעבר לזה היה מאוד חם וחשוך בסלון הבית (אין בחלק זה מזגן). המזגן באחד בחדרי השינה דלף ולקחו יומיים עד שתיקנו לנו אותו (לאחר שטענו שאנחנו לא יודעים איך להשתמש בו נכון) בנוסף לכל זה, בעלת הדירה טענה שהיינו 4 אנשים למרות שהיינו רק שלושה לאורך כל השהייה ודרשה שנשלם יותר. היינו רק שלושה כמובן ממליץ ביותר להשקיע את הסכום הגבוה הזה בדירה יותר מוצלחת

La ubicación es buena y el ambiente cómodo. El baño principal tiene muy fuerte olor a amoniaco que está impregnado y es molesto.

Beautiful and well located apartment but a few things you need to know if you’re staying here 1. The open concept living room means the living room is completely unsealed 2. the pool area is not very private as guests of neighboring buildings can can see straight into it and you can hear everyone walking by 3. Sewer system is not very powerful — toilet paper cannot be flushed

בית מעולה!!! במיקום מדהים בסנטה תרזה מארחת מקסימה ממש, עונה תמיד לכל מה שצריך, יש שירותי כביסה בתשלום וניקיון בית מדהים !!!!!

Great location and Sophia was very responsive to our needs. We felt it was a little pricey for that it was. We had just come from a gorgeous villa on the beach for the same money. The 2nd bedroom had a trundle bed and it was described as a queen size. The neighbors were too close for our liking and were noisy at times. We ended up getting robbed and personal utensils were stolen out of our car. The place had no color inside, just white and tan and not really appealing. No artwork or anything to make it look comfortable or cheery. As I said, Sophia was very nice and responsive.
