We had a lovely stay at Casa Residencial Mayales in Managua. The house was beautiful, comfortable, and we slept very well. A special thank you to Michael, who was clear, helpful, and responsive in every single message, making everything easy from start to finish. The only challenge was the street access due to road construction and detours around Managua, but this was not Michael or Mayales’ fault at all. The best route we found was through Villa Libertad - San Sebastián, since the Carretera Masaya access was closed. Overall, a very positive experience and we truly appreciated Michael’s excellent service.
