Casa Caracol es una casa de playa única, ubicada en la comunidad privada y cerrada de El Shellito, en Playa El Coco. La propiedad cuenta con tres dormitorios y tres baños, y tiene capacidad para alojar cómodamente hasta 8 huéspedes.
La casa está diseñada para aprovechar al máximo las vistas al océano y las brisas tropicales. La sala, el comedor y la cocina tienen un diseño de concepto abierto, con amplias puertas corredizas de vidrio que se abren hacia la terraza y la piscina.
Áreas exteriores
La terraza frente al océano incluye una piscina privada, un área de comedor al aire libre y cómodos espacios para sentarse. La playa está a pocos pasos de la casa y ofrece un entorno tranquilo para nadar, caminar y disfrutar de los atardeceres.

The house is very comfortable and better than the photos. A nice space to disconnect and rest. Mateo was always attentive and helpful. The people who helped us at the house are very kind, friendly and cook delicious food. We had a great time as a family!

I loved this place. My family had a lot of fun. The house is clean, spacious, and has excellent common areas. Mateo was attentive to us and our needs, and Jenny and Daniela (the cleaning staff) were wonderful to us. We would definitely come back.

The house and space are fantastic; it's exactly as seen in the photos. It is very spacious, comfortable, private and perfect for a family vacation. Mateo is an excellent host; he was always very attentive to everything and responded immediately to our questions. Without a doubt, the best thing was the service. Jenny and Katherine are amazing. They are great cooks and were attentive to every detail. They made a difference and made our stay really special.

Excellent stay. Jenny and Katherin, very attentive and accommodating, made all the difference. The pool is very nice, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable rooms and hot water in the bathrooms. It is recommended to bring as much as possible from the market, the location is remote, so going out to buy things is not easy, even when Jenny and Katherin can bring what is missing, it is not convenient. It is important to bring ice, the main venue does not sell it. Mateo is very friendly and super attentive. However, we did not have wifi and we did not have the information anywhere, we had to go to the main office (there is no signal), to ask for wifi and to be able to communicate with Mateo to give us the key, the good thing is that they respond super fast and we were able to solve it. The internet connection can be improved, since there is no telephone signal and the internet was constantly failing. The house is nicer than what you can see in the pictures. Highly recommended.

An excellent experience – ideal for resting and disconnecting The house is beautiful, surrounded by lots of vegetation and greenery, in a very quiet environment. It is located inside a gated community, perfect for walking, resting and really disconnecting from the noise of the city. From the beginning, Mateo's service was incredible, always attentive, clear and willing to help at all times. During the stay, Jenny was in charge of food and cleaning, and her support was essential: always very friendly, attentive and helpful, which made the experience even more comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms and all areas of the house were impeccable, clean and tidy. In addition, the house is very well equipped, which facilitates a carefree stay. Overall it was a great experience. We highly recommend this place for families or groups looking for tranquility, nature and first-class service.

Beautiful house!! Better than in the photos, the service was excellent, the lady who served us cooked delicious food and is very friendly, the beds are super comfortable, the place is beautiful, very quiet, everything is very clean! With everything we need to spend a few days relaxing, we want to return if God allows it, thank you very much!!
