Booking and Guest Policies

Prices depend on the number of guests. Please book for the correct number of occupants.
If additional guests arrive beyond the booking, extra guest fees will double if reported during or after check-in.

Housekeeping is not included but can be added for $80 USD per day.

Environmental Sanitation Tax

The municipality of Los Cabos has implemented a new Environmental Sanitation Tax to support local community improvements. This tax applies to all reservations made from September 8, 2022, onward.

Fee: 33.68 Mexican Pesos per room per night (approximately $1.70 USD, depending on exchange rate)
Charged at check-out in addition to rent
Funds contribute to environmental infrastructure, sustainability, safety, and security projects
