This stay was such an amazing way to celebrate my 25th birthday with a group of 8 of us, the concierge team were very helpful during our stay there was only one issue where our needs were not met but other than that it was such a beautiful and clean place. The rooms were spacious, kitchen fully equipped, pool cleaned every morning, beautiful rooftop with a bbq stand. It looks even better than the pictures!! We made use of their decoration services which I would highly recommend. Transportation at the beginning from Cancun was a bit tricky but we managed to sort it out. We felt very safe with the keypad locked door and a mini hotel next door to us named Mystic temple 2. InDrive was our main mode of transportation which we found very easy and super cheap compared to what others were offering to use from the Villa aswell as uber eats. All in all the location is perfect, couldn’t have asked for a better Villa to stay in Tulum! Thank you for your services ❤️

The villa was stunning in its architecture and decor. The pool and rooftop were wonderful places to relax. We were very surprised when we arrived that one of the rooms was configured with a king instead of the two doubles like the floor plan image in the description showed and we were quite surprised that the water that came through all of the sinks and shower was salt water. It made washing our hair and brushing our teeth a little difficult. The villa also organized a shuttle to pick us up at the airport but never confirmed with us before hand with any instructions to locate our driver and we had to call multiple times to get through to the concierge and the driver was around 45 mins late. On a similar note our second driver to drive us back to the airport was also very late and we attempted to reach the concierge again but didn’t hear from him until the day after we checked out.

What you see is what you get the photos exactly how the place looks and it’s very clean. I felt like I was at home.

This place was great for our stay of 7 girls for my 30th bday. We had private chefs and bartenders come and the rooftop space was perfect for the bartender with the kitchen space being perfect for the chefs. There’s plenty of space to sit and hangout and enjoy the space and the place was very private it felt like our own little oasis. My only complaint was the showers and sinks were all salt water not fresh water which made our hair and skin very dry. Also the bath tub outside the master was a nice touch but I wasn’t able to enjoy it as it didn’t plug properly and took over an hour to fill up. Other than that, it’s a great place to enjoy tulum and not too far from the hotel zone/downtown about a 10-15 min drive it’s just through a dirt road that can be pretty bumpy.

A beautiful villa with everything you’ll need for an incredible vacation. Spent my 40th birthday hair with 8 of my closest friends and had a blast. There were a few transportation hiccups but our concierge addressed them appropriately. Would definitely recommend you book here!

I had a wonderful stay! The house was cozy, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was convenient and quiet, perfect for relaxing after exploring the area. The host was friendly and responsive, making check in super easy. I’d definitely stay here again!

This was a beautiful property. The pictures match reality. The hosts were incredibly helpful in arranging everything we needed, from massages and private chefs to groceries and a private catamaran charter. The location is conveniently in between Tulum town and the beach resort/beach restaurant area. The neighborhood looks very newly developed so that roads are wide, but the last 1,000 meters/yards are unpaved, very rough, and full of potholes--would be hard on any car that is not an SUV. We came in the off-season (August), and the A/C held up despite the 90 degree heat. The pools were regularly cleaned and pretty. A great value, just make sure you get an SUV!

This place is exactly like the photos. we had a great time and the hosts were excellent and incredibly responsive. I can’t say enough exactly how the photos portrayed this place perfectly. It was lovely!

The house was nice on the inside. But there were some major downfalls for us. First, the house only has salt water, so taking showers, brushing our teeth, we did not feel clean the whole time. The second and most frustrating part. The house is down a remote unpaved road. We had a nightmare every time we have to get in and out of the neighborhood. The host was responsive when we found a bee hive and had it removed. Over all I like the interior but I wouldn’t stay here again until the road issue is fixed and having clean water should go a long way.
