The apartment has an amazing location, and I think it has a lot of potential to be an excellent place to stay. However, there are some things that would be important to improve, mainly in terms of maintenance and cleanliness. There are some repairs pending and certain areas that could be cleaned more thoroughly. I also think it's important for the house rules to be clearly stated from the time of booking, especially those that involve fines or additional charges. During our stay, we were sent lists of rules and possible fines that had not been clearly communicated at the time of booking, which can come as a surprise to guests. I think all this information should be available from the start so that you can know the terms and decide with complete clarity. Apart from these details, the location is really excellent and the apartment has a lot of potential. If these points are addressed.

Excellent location. Montserrat was very attentive and helpful. Perhaps the only thing to fix is the air conditioning in one bedroom. Since it drips too much. It's not even a matter of the temperature you set the air conditioner to, since we kept it at 25 degrees and it still leaked too much water. There may be a leak in the AC drain line. The door to that room doesn't close. In fact, this is my second time here, and it didn't close the last time either. It is also important to mention that there were some issues, and Montserrat has been very kind at all times. We look forward to hearing from you to resolve this.

The apartment was quite clean. It had 3 bedrooms, each with air conditioning, and a total of 5 beds. 2 bathrooms. The pool was a few steps away. We were on the 1st floor. They had extra towels for use at the pool, plus those for bathroom use. The kitchen had the necessary utensils. It's very hot there. A water jug would be excellent! The location was quite good. We had many things nearby within walking distance, the main street that leads to the nightclubs, shopping mall, etc.

Our stay was very pleasant, the house was very nice and quite clean, just like the pictures. We really enjoyed the pool. I would definitely come back
