The apartment is nice and well located. Fika is very attentive. The staff that manages the building is arrogant and rude. We had a bad experience with a security guard when, upon leaving the basement parking lot, he did not open the exit gate, but he did open the entrance gate. There were no cars coming, so I decided to exit that way and got back into the exit lane before leaving through the main gate. There the security guard came to meet me and threatened me with a fine if I didn't leave properly. Despite the explanation I gave, he forced me to leave again properly. I returned and did it so as not to run into that man again and have another problem. You should know that upon arrival they give you a list of fines for different offenses, all of them for Q500. I agree with the rules of coexistence, but here, the culture of the management staff has become entrenched, and they treat guests almost like criminals. In short, very bad experience.
