Excellent place! I would definitely stay there again. It's close to the beach, 10 minutes from the marina by Uber, and close to Walmart You can easily get around from there by Uber, and it's not hard to get one.

My wife and I really like this property, great management good location spacious clean with all the amenities with parking gym nice pool with nice views. highly recommend.

We really liked the place. The accommodation is exactly as shown in the photos: modern, very cozy and impeccably clean. What we enjoyed the most was the rooftop pool, which is great for relaxing. In addition, the location is unbeatable, since it is close to everything, which allowed us to get around very easily. Special mention for the host, who was extremely kind and attentive to us at all times, making sure we had everything we needed. The only technical detail to check is the electronic lock, since sometimes it took us several attempts to open it when entering the code. However, thanks to the excellent disposition of the host and the incredible place, we would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing stay with Momentum Property. They are very proactive and responsive. The place itself felt like home, you have everything you need in the kitchen, I was thrilled! (Electric kettle, oven & toaster ) Furthermore, the staff was incredibly professional, efficient and kind. The only thing is: the terrace gets dusty very fast as you are on the main street. I will be back. Muchas gracias para todo :)

I had a great stay here! The place was very spacious, comfortable, and well-kept, with everything I needed for a relaxing trip. The location is perfect — just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and local amenities. It really made getting around Cabo San Lucas easy and enjoyable. This has definitely become my favourite spot in Cabo — would happily stay here again on my next visit!
