The Space
Enjoy your vacation in this beautiful newly remodeled condominium. This condo can accommodate up to six guests, featuring:
- A king bed in the master bedroom
- A queen bed and a twin bed in the second bedroom
- A single rollaway bed
There are two full bathrooms equipped with all the amenities, including hair dryers.
The kitchen is fully equipped to satisfy all your cooking needs, including a dishwasher. A UV water filter supplies water to the refrigerator for cold drinking water and ice. For your convenience, there is also a 5-gallon purified water dispenser for hot and cold water.
Dine at the large granite dining table that seats six, or barbecue your catch of the day on the spacious patio while enjoying the beautiful view of the courtyard and pool. Quiet air conditioning in each room keeps you cool during warm nights.
For entertainment, a 55-inch flat-screen Smart TV is provided with hundreds of channels to choose from (USA, Canadian, and Mexican). Both bedrooms feature 40-inch flat-screen Smart TVs, and Netflix is provided free of charge on all TVs. This condo has its own dedicated fiber optic internet service (300 Mbps) and phone service with free local and international calling. Additionally, there is a Bluetooth radio and CD player.
This condo is located on the third floor of the building, with two elevators for easy access. A wheelchair ramp is available at the entrance of the building on the poolside.
Location
The condominium is located in the heart of Cabo San Lucas, just one block from the famous Medano Beach. It is a five-minute walk to the center of Cabo and the marina.
Nearby attractions include:
- Medano Beach, known for its swimming and water sports
- The famous Cabo Arch and Lovers Beach, accessible by water taxi
- The center of town and the marina, known for some of the best sports fishing in the world
Conveniently located are two supermarkets and a large shopping mall, all within a two-minute walk from Marina Sol.

Between the ‘C’ and ‘D’ buildings, there is a coin-operated self-service laundry with three machines.
Tres Amigas Cantina is our poolside restaurant and bar, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner at reasonable prices. If you catch some fish, they will happily cook it for you in any style you request.
Marina Sol features five buildings situated in a square, with a lush oasis of grass, tropical flowers, and palm trees in the middle. Enjoy one of the largest heated pools in Cabo San Lucas, relax at the swim-up bar, or unwind in the large Jacuzzi.
The courtyard also includes a games room with a pool table, table tennis, and two TVs. If you are driving, there is off-road parking available at Marina Sol.

Fantastic stay! Rick, Nataly & Julian were responsive & informative. We paid for their airport transportation which was convenient & included a Walmart stop. The accomodations & location of Marina Sol are spot on. Some reported it as showing its age, but A 303 was clean & updated. Staff were always buzzing about cleaning & maintaining the grounds. The condo was a great size w/room to spread out. The spacious balcony is pool facing & therefore very quiet w/ no street noise. We made full use of kitchen, eating breakfast & lunch there. We caught mahi mahi/tuna on a fishing trip which we brought back to condo, froze & brought home. The pool is large w/ plenty of loungers and a swim up bar. It's close to Medano beach (swimmable, plus A303 has 6 beach chairs/umbrellas/some beach toys), the marina, grocery stores, restaurants, the mall, Baja fitness center, breweries & downtown Cabo. Because of it's location, we had no need to Uber/taxi all week to any of our activities..so much to do!

We loved staying here. The kitchen made it super convenient to cook and when you don’t you’re walking distance to a ton of restaurants. We also liked the pool, fast WiFi, and the chairs and umbrellas provided. Excellent stay.

Great location near the Medano beach which is swimmable. Very convenient to have a parasol available. Full grocery store 5 minutes' walk. The beds were super comfy. The hotel pool was not too crowded and very large. Great for family or vacation with friends.

Rick helped us get a place super quickly after a last minute cancellation. Marina Sol has such a great central location and is walkable to everything in downtown Cabo. It feels like an oasis just away from the party scene on the waterfront but still has all the important amenities and a beautiful pool. This place is a great value and we would certainly return again !

Rick’s place was amazing! It was perfect for our trip - we were so close to everything we wanted to do. The amenities on the property were amazing and so well-maintained. We had a great time and will definitely be back!
