Guest Access and Check-In Process

To ensure a smooth check-in, guests must send a photo of the ID for all occupants in advance. Upon arrival after 3:00 pm:

1. Go to the front of the building and use the intercom to notify the receptionist of your name and room number (1404).
2. The receptionist will verify your identity and reservation, then provide the room key and a white card.
3. The white card grants 24-hour building access and elevator use.

If the key or white card is lost, contact the host immediately. Replacement costs $100, and it may take up to 24 hours to issue a new card.

If parking elevators are unavailable, stairways can be used to access the first floor and another elevator.

Check-Out Process

Check-out time is 10:00 am. Before leaving:

• Ensure you have all your belongings.
• Return the room keys and white card to the receptionist.
• Inform the receptionist that you are checking out of room 1404.

Luggage storage is available in the lobby before or after your stay upon request.
