The Space
This charming two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is located on the ground floor, just steps away from the pool. It is one of the few units that offers direct access to the pool from the back terrace.
The bright and spacious living area features a large kitchen with an island for seating. There is a dining table that accommodates eight people, and the generous living room opens onto a covered terrace. The terrace is furnished with lounger chairs and a dining area, providing a perfect spot to relax or enjoy meals outdoors. From the terrace, you can step directly into the beautiful pool area.
The master bedroom includes a king-sized bed, a large en suite bathroom with double vanities, and a spacious walk-in closet. The second bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen-sized bed. This layout is ideal for two couples or a family.
Both bedrooms and the living room come equipped with televisions.
Guest Access
Guests have private access to the condo and its balcony. Shared amenities at Pacifico include the pools, sports complex, and the Beach Club, which are available to all guests.
Amenities
Pacifico Beach Club
The Pacifico Beach Club is exclusively available to Pacifico guests and features infinity-edge pools with ocean views, multiple lounge areas, and poolside food and beverage service. All guests staying at Pacifico have access to this facility.
- The fee to use the Beach Club is $35 per person, per day.
- Of this fee, $25 is credited toward food and beverages, and $10 covers facility use.
- Children under 12 years old are not charged.
- Pool towels are provided.
- Complimentary shuttle service runs between the Pacifico development and the Beach Club.
- Guests have full access to beach chairs, lounge areas, and umbrellas.
- Cabanas are available by reservation for an additional fee. Renters cannot reserve cabanas in advance but may inquire about availability and pricing at the Beach Club reception.
Additional Information
- The Pacifico Beach Club offers a free shuttle service between the development and the Beach Club.
- The Beach Club is closed annually during the month of October.
- Occasionally, the Beach Club may close to the public for private events. These closures are beyond our control, and we strive to notify guests as soon as possible.

The photos don't do the place justice. It's truly spectacular, first of all because of its location in the very heart of Playas del Coco, next to a supermarket, with all the shops nearby, but also private enough to be quiet. The apartment is extremely comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped. I loved that it's in front of the pool. It's just a few steps away, and something they haven't mentioned is that the pool is heated, so it's a pleasure to be there swimming or relaxing. This will definitely be my place of choice every time I go to Guanacaste

Thank you! We loved the multiple pools, pickle ball courts, beautiful landscaping, and the food (and smoothie) options at Mercadito (only a few minutes walk.) Wish we could stay longer!

This was our time visiting Costa Rica and really enjoyed it. We plan to return for sure and stay longer next time. The condo was perfect for our stay, very spacious and equipped with everything we needed. The location was very accommodating and close to the grocery stores, restaurants, and beach. Communication with Rich vacations was great, prompt, and helpful with all my questions. We look forward to coming back.

The condo was very comfortable and was in an excellent location in the complex near the pool, hot tub and tennis/ pickle ball courts. The entire group at Rich Coast were very attentive and responded quickly to any issue we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our time. Highly recommend it !
