Amazing spot. Cold AC’s, great set up! Comfy beds. Clean pool. Amazing staff on site. That was a great stay! Jessa was the best!! Food was really tasty! Great vacation.

We had an amazing stay at Casa Soul Water for our girls’ surf trip! The property was even better than the photos, and the amenities made it the perfect place to relax and recharge after long surf sessions. The location couldn’t be better—just steps away from pumping Colorado’s. The layout was perfect for our group: plenty of great spaces to reconnect, socialize, and enjoy time together, while the separate rooms provided privacy when needed. Layna was an incredible host who helped arrange everything we needed, including chef service, massages, and a boat trip. We also appreciate the owner, Derek, who helped with local suggestions, airport transfer, and was very responsive and proactive. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Casa Soul Water to anyone looking for an unforgettable surf trip or group getaway. Gracias!!

The house is beautiful with great amenities. We were short golf cart ride to excellent surfing. We had a great stay.

We had a lovely weekend at Casa Soulwater and would come back again. Although the house isn’t beachfront there is direct access to a path that takes you to the beach, only 50 mts from your doorstep. We loved having the yoga space and sauna. As well as the separate spaces, which gave lots of privacy.

The place is nice, the workers are welcoming and the host is very friendly, the place needs a bit of attention but we liked the stay and Robert was very attentive, we are very grateful

Great stay for a large group of friends with kids. Beds were comfortable, place is as described. Pool was amazing and clean, the sauna and cold plunge were great for adults Each family had their Own privacy and the best was having a power plant when the lights went out

This is one of those rare airbnbs that’s actually way more impressive in person than you might have imagined from photos. Staying here will be a no-brainer every time I return to Nica with a larger group. Definitely ask for chef Julio as well- best chef in the country!
