El espacio
La casa ofrece amplio espacio para celebraciones o para escapar de la rutina diaria, con capacidad aproximada para 25 personas.
- La tarifa de la plataforma incluye hasta 15 huéspedes.
- Cada huésped adicional tiene un costo de 50,000 COP por noche.
Mascotas
Las mascotas son bienvenidas en la casa, que está rodeada de abundante vegetación y espacios abiertos.
Por su seguridad, las mascotas deben permanecer dentro de la propiedad, ya que las propiedades cercanas pueden tener cercas eléctricas y hay otros animales cerca de la finca.

Política de música
Las regulaciones locales permiten música a alto volumen hasta las 10:00 p. m. Después de esa hora, la música debe mantenerse a un volumen moderado para preservar la tranquilidad del entorno.

Cuidado del espacio
Después de un evento, la propiedad debe devolverse en condiciones razonables:
- No deje basura esparcida por los alrededores.
- Separe correctamente los residuos orgánicos, reciclables y no reciclables.
- Devuelva los muebles a su lugar correspondiente.
- No deje la casa excesivamente sucia o desordenada.
Cargo adicional por limpieza
Si la propiedad se deja extremadamente sucia o considerablemente desorganizada, se aplicará un cargo adicional de 150,000 COP para cubrir los servicios de limpieza profunda.

An amazing experience! The place completely exceeded my expectations. Everything was excellent, and I want to especially highlight how kind everyone was. Our experience at Doña Blanca's House was simply wonderful. We chose this place to experience a very special moment for our family: saying goodbye to our loved ones before embarking on a new chapter in Germany, this time with our newborn little Valeria. 🇩🇪💛 And we couldn't have chosen a better place. The house is beautiful, cozy, impeccable and has everything you need to enjoy and share as a family. The landscape is spectacular, the kind that invites you to disconnect, take a breath, and enjoy every moment. 🌿⛰️ In addition, the service was incredible. We felt very well received and cared for throughout our stay. Everything lived up to an occasion that meant a lot to us. We took home precious memories of our farewell in Colombia, and Doña Blanca's House was definitely part of them. ❤️ We totally recommend it! A beautiful place, with excellent service and a TOP landscape.

A great house to rest. It is a few hours from Bogotá and very close to the Tominé Dam. The space is very quiet with mountain views and surrounded by nature. There are restaurants nearby at the dam or in the nearby towns of Sesquile and Guatavita, less than 15 minutes away. The space is comfortable for large families, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The bathrooms are nice and modern, as is the kitchen.
