Casa Wendt es una hermosa villa mexicana ubicada en la comunidad privada de La Jolla, en San José del Cabo. Disfrute de las vistas de Baja California y del sonido de las olas desde cada habitación de esta espaciosa propiedad vacacional.
La propiedad cuenta con:
- Cuatro habitaciones grandes
- Tres baños y medio
- Una piscina climatizada
- Alojamiento cómodo para hasta ocho huéspedes
Planta alta
La primera suite principal incluye:
- Una cómoda cama tamaño king
- Un baño privado
- Una terraza exterior privada
- Espacio para comer para cuatro personas
- Una parrilla para barbacoa
La planta alta también cuenta con una cocina totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos modernos de acero inoxidable y una barra de desayuno estilo mexicano con capacidad para tres personas. El comedor y la sala se encuentran junto a la cocina.
Planta baja
La segunda habitación ofrece opciones flexibles para dormir, con dos camas individuales o una cama tamaño king. Incluye:
- Una terraza abierta
- Un baño privado
- Acceso directo a la piscina
La tercera habitación tiene dos camas matrimoniales y aloja cómodamente de dos a cuatro huéspedes. Se encuentra a pocos pasos de la piscina y de la terraza abierta. Hay un medio baño entre la segunda y la tercera habitación.
La segunda suite principal es una extensión de la propiedad estilo hacienda, con su propia entrada privada. Esta suite incluye:
- Una cómoda cama tamaño king
- Un baño privado completo
- Acceso privado a la piscina

Todas las habitaciones incluyen televisores grandes de pantalla plana con servicios de transmisión por internet, como Netflix y YouTube. Se han instalado nuevas unidades de aire acondicionado.

House was beautiful. We felt very safe there. It felt like home. The pool was a positive. Had everything we needed…Sunscreen, towels, pickleball, swim toys, snorkel gear, and all the kitchen equipment needed. Steve was helpful with ideas of things to do and responsive with questions or help in the house. As everywhere in Mexico, you have ants, we didn’t have them inside, but they were out at the pool and they didn’t bug us, the first night we didn’t clean the counters and got little bugs but then we realized we have to keep food sealed or in the fridge and wipe down the counters at night and didn’t have a problem again, due to construction we had to plan our day depending on what direction we were going and what time we left and came back. We would come back to this house and rent from Steve again. For our party of 7 it was perfect!

Steve was a great host for our time at Casa Wendt. We loved the home and felt like we were at our own. Comfortable amenities and everything we needed. Our children loved the pool area and swam multiple times a day. We can’t wait to come back

We loved the place, a very good location and super safe, we loved the warm pool because it was a bit breezy, the rooms were very comfortable, the kitchen was super equipped and had everything we needed and the best thing was that there was plenty of space for my little dogs. We loved the house! And Steve the host, excellent communication!! Always attentive to what is needed! I hope to return next year,

Amazing stay! Such a wonderful, quiet and safe neighborhood. The kids loved the pool, playground and pickle ball courts nearby. Steve was a fantastic and very helpful host. We will be back!!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Steve’s place. I would highly recommend it to any group (we were a party of 5) looking for a lovely, spacious home in the perfect location. 10/10. Will definitely book again!

The Host was super helpful and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay. The pool was perfect! The community felt safe and secure - nothing to worry on our lovely vacation. We would gladly stay here again, it was well worth it!

Steve's house is in the perfect location for a great vacation. Close to shopping - the beach - the central square of San Jose Del Cabo. Steve went out of his way to help us get set up and made several great suggestions on what to do while visiting. All in all a great time...
