The gated access is activated by remote control which is supplied with the keys on check-in. The property manager Lester is on site, living in the front condo. He is very accommodating to guests by resolving questions or helping to arrange transport or even picking up a few essentials while out at the store. Parking is free and adequate for 1 vehicle and 1 motorcycle. Additional parking is available. The road down to the local beaches (Playa Mantas and Playa Blanca) navigates past a few local restaurants and shops before arriving at the white sand beaches. There is a washer and dryer if laundry is on the list.
