Absolutely loved our stay at Jaco Bay! The penthouse was spacious, beautifully furnished, and the ocean views from every bedroom were incredible. Our group of eight was very comfortable, and the location was perfect. Just a short walk to downtown Jaco. The condo was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need, the AC worked perfectly, and the pools were great. We also really appreciated being allowed to check in about two hours early. I honestly didn’t want to leave! I would definitely stay here again and would happily recommend it to my own groups traveling to Jaco. ❤️

Penthouse was beautiful and spacious . For the price and location, you can’t beat it . It’s 5 minutes walking to the strip of Jaco so you’re close to everything needed. There was a few issues that I understand were out of their control, including power went out one morning and another day there was no water for the entire day. Those issues seem to be by natural causes so I won’t judge based of those, and the good thing is the host is very responsive and attentive.

The view of the apartment is spectacular. The complex is beautiful and safe. We had some problems with the dryer and a toilet and they fixed it quickly. The mattress on the main bed was broken and we had to sleep on a sofa bed for 3 days. It is worth clarifying that we were reimbursed a portion of the payment for this reason. I was always in communication with the host and he was very willing to solve the issues. I appreciate this. The apartment is very spacious and very well equipped. The furniture just needs a little maintenance.
