The villa features four bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and generous closet or walk-in storage. Two impressive master suites provide breathtaking views directly from the bed. One master includes a TV that can be lowered into furniture for unobstructed viewing. The first-floor master bathroom offers a double shower. All bathrooms showcase stained glass accents and archways, creating a Tuscan villa ambiance enhanced by softly glowing backlit spaces—perfect for a magical start to your day.

Access to the second floor is via a beautiful spiral staircase leading to a carved wooden door. Beyond it lies a large private area with a living room and a jacuzzi overlooking the ocean. This master bedroom contains a king-size bed and a sofa bed suitable for two, making it ideal for a family with children or up to four adults. The bathroom includes a double sink, a spacious shower, and a bidet.

Outside this bedroom, an outdoor room with a grill and dining table provides a wonderful communal space for dining and sunbathing.

Elegant traditional design elements are found throughout the villa, including grand twisted wood pillars at the entrance, exposed wooden beams in the great room, archways, regal Grecian-style columns, and substantial molding along the terraces. Pacifico Colonial Penthouse is situated within the lively Costa Rican communities of Quepos and Manuel Antonio. It is closest to San Jose Airport, accessible by a 25 to 30-minute small plane flight (private and public charters available) or a three-hour drive.

The villa is approximately a 2-mile drive from the beach, providing easy access to coastal activities and relaxation.
