This was an epic stay! Especially the rooftop with the pool and bar. We had a large group of 13 (plus 6 others in a separate place) and we had the best time of our lives. Nelly and the team made us breakfast every morning and Miguel (the house manager) helped us book restaurants and activities. We want to come back!

I really can’t say enough good things about this space, it’s even better than the pictures and descriptions. It’s extremely well appointed and the staff is incredibly attentive and helpful. The construction and amenities are top notch, it feels brand new and antique at the same time. The location is extremely convenient and safe - although right next to all the action, the action never makes its way to this street, which is great. There are many excellent restaurants, shops, and even money changers on the same block, a grocery store and multiple cafes within a stone’s throw. Miguel is an exceptional host, friendly and attentive at all times. I would love to stay here again the next time I’m in Cartagena with a group. Thanks for everything!

The house is very nice, I feel that it is not suitable for children because of the very nice decoration they have. We had a few minor issues, but they fixed it super fast. Everyone was super friendly, I had my makeup and a mini photo shoot at the residence and they were super beautiful. It is in an excellent location if you want to fully enjoy Cartagena I would only add air freshener for the bathrooms and coffee or rice for the humidity in the rooms. Thank you for your kindness

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The place was even nicer than expected, the area felt safe and the host/staff were very helpful and welcoming. We had a small issue with the fridge not cooling and the host was quick to get someone to come fix it. The host helped coordinate our transport to and from the airport and was very quick to respond to any questions I had! The air conditioned rooms were a DREAM while staying here in the middle of July where the heat in the city was brutal. The rooms stayed very cold! The rooftop pool was perfect for cooling off during the day and was a perfect temperature at night. Things of note - there are LOTS of stairs! This was no issue for us but just something to keep in mind depending on the group. - There is no central air in the building, just within the rooms. Again, no issue for us but something to take note of! Overall I couldn’t recommend this place enough! Perfect spot to walk anywhere within the walled city!

The Airbnb was beautiful and the staff were very attentive and welcoming however the house its self needs improvements for the price point it is at . Most of the bedrooms didn’t have warm water , one of the rooms ACS is outdated ,one bedroom had a leak , only one shower head works in the master bedroom and one toilet has a leak. The place could be perfect with some home repairs but otherwise it’s very walkable , spacious , beautiful upstairs and great staff .

The attention of all the staff is wonderful, they were always attentive!! From the beginning we had the clear plans thanks to Miguel the concierge, we felt right at home because of the affection of all those who work there!! The rooftop is a wonderful plan!! Thank you all

Worth the money! I have used AirBnB worldwide, and this was the best experience I have ever had! I was amazed with the details, how amazing the staff were and just how epic the whole experience was!!! They are 100% geared towards epic service and they do a hell of a great job! Major hotels could learn from this one!
