10/10 would recommend if you’re vacationing in Playa del Carmen. The house is beyond beautiful and lots to do in the area. Location: If you’re coming from the US, Apple Maps & Google Maps doesn’t recognize the exact address and reception can be spotty. We were in the general area for about 15-20 mins trying to locate the property before we actually find it. That said, once we found it, it was 100000% worth the stay. Cities: If you’re vacationing in Tulum or Cancun this property is too far. It’s about 1+ hour from Tulum and 40+ from Cancun. However, if you’re planning to stay in the Playa del Carmen area then it’s perfect. Transportation: I recommend renting a car — it’s less hassle than trying to grab taxis or walk. Also, this property is closer to Cancun’s airport. The house itself is beautiful and exactly as described.

It is a beautiful place to stay, as described and seen in the photos. In a quiet but well-located setting in Playa del Carmen. We really enjoyed our stay and Gloria was always attentive. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience at this Airbnb. The facilities were very comfortable and had all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. Communication with Gloria was quick and effective at all times; she was always willing to help and responded very kindly. Definitely recommend and would come back without hesitation!

The house is beautiful and in a very quiet and safe area, there are shops and stores nearby, and the pool of the complex is a few meters from the house and the pool of the accommodation itself is enough for a family, in general I highly recommend staying here.

We would definitely return to stay with Gloria, her attention and communication was always clear and friendly. The PH is super clean, delicious beds to rest, good internet signal, the air conditioners work, quiet and safe place to stay.
