Great apartment! Clean, close to everything, nice pool, stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and a great host. Fernando was an excellent host, answered any question I had, quickly and was very knowledgeable. Will definitely stay again!

Me gustó mucho la estancia. Desde que llegué me sentí como en casa, el lugar es muy limpio, cómodo y bien cuidado. La playa queda muy cerca, lo cual fue un gran plus para disfrutar más el viaje. El anfitrión siempre estuvo al pendiente, atento y disponible para cualquier duda o necesidad. Sin duda es un lugar al que volvería y que recomiendo totalmente.

Looks just like photos. Host responsive close to everything. Best if you have acar but uber is everywhere. Hotel Riu controls nearest beach access and they arent friendly, But best beaches are 10 min away: Santa Maria is a squeeky clean beach with tons of fish for snorkeling . Host provides chairs, umbrella and towels! I would stay again! Thank you Fernardo and Luigi!

My stay here from the first day to the last, I was in contact with Ricardo, he was very responsive and was also my ride to and from the airport. Very kind and helpful, when I got to the apartment everything was very organized and clean! The place is very nice inside and has everything you need. It being very spacious is really nice too and you feel it be a big open space. If you need anything the host here are literally the best! Can’t wait to stay here again 10/10!

we’ve stayed in the complex in front of this one last year. This year This complex was behind the front one. It’s a very great spot. It’s walking distance to the beach. Costco‘s is across the street. Many restaurants also across the street front desk people are amazing. Communication was amazing. You feel at home. The place is gorgeous peaceful rest. We will be back in May. We love this area and will be back. This is a must have and it’s great pricing you guys.

El departamento una maravilla y contaba con cosas extras como silla, sombrilla y hielera para llevar a la playa, la alberca con una vista increíble y agradable para pasar el rato, muy cerca de la playa medano y muy centrico para ir a la marina, les recomiendo tomar el servicio de transporte del aeropuerto al departamento y viceversa, no está muy alejado de los precios del Uber y por dejabo de los precios que ofrecen los taxistas, así mismo, los anfitriones te pueden auxiliar para tomar tours a precios muy accesibles, sin duda, si vas a los cabos te recomiendo rentar este departamento, cuando vuelva a ir, sin pensarlo lo volveré a rentar.
